Gotten better by the month
I have this speaker for almost a year and the updates definitely kept it more current with each update. It’s unfortunate there is no equalizer yet.

Never had no treble with my Bose.
What a greAt product. The only bad thing is that it keeps falling out of my ears. I’m very unfit so it’s a good excuse to take a rest and put them back in.

Inconsistent connection for more than 1 device
The actual Bose products are great but the app needs work. It’s not always easy connecting more than one Bluetooth speaker and even when you do - one or even both randomly disconnect even though all devices are in exactly the same position.
The next time one tries to connect both speakers one has to repeat the process- it is not stored in the app’s memory.
It would be nice if app could show speaker battery levels and one could manage sound levels independently.

Functionality has to be done on app. Like adding and removing devices - I should be able to do this without an app?

Awesome
Use have an old pair of noise deadening headphones but these make it so much easier to sleep on a long haul flight, with battery life and the fact you don’t have huge can on the side of your head!

Fantastic app - complete control!
This app allows me to effortlessly switch the devices connected to my QC 35 II headies.
I have 4 devices that use daily (iPhone, iPad, laptop and desktop) and I can select which other decide to connect (as my phone is always connected of course) with a flip of a switch. Love it.
If you use your Bose product with more than one device, an absolute must use app.

Could you add the ability to change the action button on the QC35 II headphones to be able to switch between devices, e.g not connecting to two devices at the same time but switching between them.

Interface bug
I bought my QC30 two days ago and started to use this app. I think Bose has great quality of products and the app is great too. I am a quite disappointed that there is a overlap of the music panel and another “my bose my music” panel, making both panel disabled.
I hope the developer can fix this bug asap.

Great app but features missing
I enjoy the apps ability to change the name of the earphones and to be able to change some of the settings such as auto-off and manage the devices paired to it. It's also convenient to be able to update firmware from the app.
The app is missing some key features though, such as a great equaliser and the ability to change the default ANC setting when you switch on the earphones.
Great product, but the app needs some work to prove it's relevance.

The iOS version can be updated to include the customizable action button (google assistant button) and the ability to customize the equalizer

Always improving
Great, works well with only a few problems. Please update to remember past settings (such as remembering the noise cancellation level selected and device connections on/off). Please also make an option under Voice Prompts to turn off caller announcements.

Excellent functionality
I own BoseQC35 and Soundsport Wireless, and the app seamlessly operates between them - plus Bose pairing works great for music sharing between them! Only ask: please enable Find My Buds for all wireless products not just Soundport Free 😉

I was on a tour to america a month ago and needed a new headset and found the bose quiet comfort 35 wireless and i enjoy the app but a feature that would have been great is if the person could customize the sound quality through the bose connect app to the genre of their liking
