Crashes regularly. Laggy screen sharing
Will at times crash when I turn my camera on.
Screen sharing is super lagging and device gets very hot
WiFi link and isp checked and is fine.
Does not happen with other video calling apps. Guess they use proper video hardware encoding and decoding. Please move away from Software encoding and decoding for video sharing!

Works well and the options to share Excel & Word Files are a breeze as well as other media files. One suggestion, though, that the ‘Send a Copy’ feature be changed to ‘Share’ and the ‘Share’ be changed to ‘Forward’.

There is no way to snooze this notification so every single time someone was in the lobby for my university lecture I heard a noise. NOT NEURODIVERGENT FRIENDLY! Slowness
This is probably the slowest app on planet Earth. Its not just that its slow (It is), but the app also feels slow if that makes sense. It feels like i'm on a windows 0.5 not to mention the glitches like when i close teams and reopen, the app doesn't reload properly, maybe try changing the display. Make it feel more snappy and clean. Otherwise its a pretty good app. Has potential to be a 5, brought down by the slowness.

Headphones not recognised?
Great app but for some reason, Microsoft Teams does not recognise if my headphones are plugged in 🤨.
The only options for audio are “speaker” or “no audio”.

Forced removal of additional managed accounts
This has just bricked Teams for me. As a consultant to multiple large enterprise clients this is a disaster for me. Please fix it immediately. I waited years for multiple accounts on desktop. Notifications for the wrong reasons
I sent in an assignment for university and was informed that the assignment wasn’t done in the correct format and this could not be marked. Only that the app hadn’t ever notified me of the returned assignment with it’s critique. Even though I had checked the assignment file every second day to see if it was there, in which teams had shown that there was no update on it. I lost a third of my grade because of this terrible software and pray no other organisation ever has to be burdened with working on this heap of junk!

MICROSOFT 365 Will not allow me to cancel my subscription
If you search “Microsoft Dlocal” you will find platforms where over ONE THOUSAND people have some to ask the same question. The question being- why am I being billed by Microsoft for an account I do not wish to have and WHY CAN I NOT CANCEL IT.

Call sync and transfer to laptop no longer working.
I do not know what happened since 3 versions ago. Somehow the functionality was broken when trying to add a device or transfer a call during a Teams call. Always now, when a call is initially accepted on my Apple mobile device, there is a notification on my laptop that there is an active call. When trying to join the call with the normal add or transfer option, when you click join on the laptop, nothing happens further and the message disappears. You need to finish the call on the mobile. This is annoying and I am not sure where the issue sits. My desktop teams and apps are always first to update and work as per normal without any other glitches. Just this annoying issue. Please resolve.

Re-Entry after disconnection is a headache
I find Microsoft Teams to be a very useful app, but living in a rural area means my internet connection can sometimes be unstable or disconnect entirely. When I try to rejoin a meeting after being disconnected, I often have to wait for someone to grant me access again, which can be frustrating. (Especially after the 5th/6th time ;) I suggest an option that would allow users to re-enter a meeting automatically after their initial approval.

Raise your hand on a specific Agenda item
Often you would find that people raise their hands on agenda items that are not related to the current topic discussed. I would like to see a feature where you could raise your hand on a specific agenda item. Using colours on an agenda, the hand colour raised will align on that colour scheme. The meeting organiser can then take questions on the agenda item under discussion.

The app itself has no issue - it functions without any issues and carries all the features (from what i can tell) that you’d want from the PC Version.
The app itself PC/Mobile version is still very clunky - especially with the Notifications tab; i’m sure there’s a better way to streamline or filter what you deem relevant to you personally. (Responses, Mentions, etc)

Notifications
The app on my Home Screen shows I have lots of notifications, but when I go into the app, I already read all my messages on the chat screen. For example, I have 46 conversations in my chats list. I have read all my messages but on the Home Screen, the little bubble on the app shows I still have 46 messages to read. This is very confusing because I can truly see when I have actual valid messages that I haven’t read yet

Teams is a brilliant app that has improved over the last 3 years. The main issue is still the app optimisation. It still consumes way more resources (processing power, cache memory, data and battery life) than google meet.

After the last 2 updates, this app unexpectedly crashes. It takes a long time to load meeting details even if I have fast connection.
The 2nd problem that’s new as well is the changing audio from the phone to Bluetooth head set. There is now a lag that was never there in the past

Love the App but its not working!!
Great app, love the features BUT i keep having issues with logging onto meetings. Have to use a link 4+ times before it opens and I suddenly can’t access the chat box in meetings. Yesterday unfortunately got kicked off a meeting multiple times. Thought the update would fix that but no such luck. Also had people unable to share their screen when using a laptop and had a few people also kicked off the meeting. Not sure why this keeps happening!

Useless app
How can an app still allow you to navigate the menus for 30 seconds after signing out? Surely a sign out should immediately return you to a login page and not wait for a poll from a server?
I would be embarrassed if I had written this sorry excuse for an app. Though the mobile devs are hardly the only ones at fault, the desktop app is even worse… congrats to Microsoft for getting a junior to write this steaming pile.

Demands access to local network to place calls
The Teams app ridiculously requires access to the local network to be able to participate in calls. There is no logical explanation for this, other than that Microsoft wants to use the Teams app as a way to hack into your home or office network. Without this permission granted to the app, it’s just another chat app (with a calendar) and you’re probably better off with Google Meet or Facetime.

Could do with some improvement
The notification sound is way too loud and can be seen as an interruption for participants in a meeting. The option for guests to kick anyone out of the meeting needs to be cancelled out because people have a tendency of just kicking anyone out for no particular reason, the host should be the only one who has the power to do so. And the host should be the only person who has the power to mute our mics and disable our cameras when needed. This option should not be available for guests.

Microsoft forcing you to accept all permissions to work or use Edge
So tried using the teams app to screen share, but lo and behold you can’t screen share unless you allow Microsoft to scan all devices on the network + the second screen sharing session, Microsoft demanded to scan all Bluetooth devices on network. Unless you accept Microsoft’s demands the app stops working “magically”.
Then to make matter worse tried using a Chrome. Again it fails, it demands you use Safari or Edge. Tried with Safari, and again it fails and says only Edge will work. Microsoft pulled a real scum move here.

I really prefer this app to a number of other ones. Seamless, smooth, great functionality and compatibility with a number of plug ins, they have a transcript feature which is pretty cool! I only wish we could get a copy of the transcript after the call for reference! That’s would help!

I really enjoy teams. It is easy to use and the sharing is wonderful. To date I have only used zoom so my suggestion would be the ability to have a host so they can control what is happening. It’s possible I don’t have the right version for that.

Clear buttons has no effect
App is nice, it helps one stay in contact with your team when off site. But it uses local storage. There are “Clear” buttons in the settings, but this does nothing. History just keeps on stacking up. Would have been nice if one can set a limit, keep history locally for two weeks (as an example). If you require older info, download it as needed.

The App doesn’t display the meeting details when I’m in the meeting tab. Previously, when tapping on a meeting cell it would crash. After updating to the latest version, it doesn’t crash but also doesn’t open the meeting let alone display the meeting info on the cell in the meetings list page

Convenient Interaction
This App is very convenient as it is sharable between devices and platforms. It facilitates effective virtual meetings and team interaction as it has seamless document sharing and storage.
Ad hoc team interactions are a bonus as mobile information can be shared between team members while not in a group session.

This app may be one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Everything is so slow, static and ugly, and you say it ‘only takes 270MB’, haha ok. Takes 3GB, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, and you’d think I’d get my space back. Well no. Still 3GB. This app is an absolute battrey drainer, taking 2 percent every minute. Not even exaggerating. Teams is so unsmooth, static and just horrible overall. All camera quality is disgusting, even though some people are using very good cameras. 0/5. Unfortunately no option for 0. Really wish my school would get a different app smh

Remote Lectures successfully
Since the Covid19 lockdown our training provider has had to shift from physical traveling to venue to conduct trainings to remotely moving training content and facilitators to use MS Teams from different locations. The mobile app is great for data calls when the office has a challenge with internet services being down.

Invite to meetings
Everything works well it’s just with the new update when you join a meeting you have to wait in a “lobby” until the presenter accepts you in which I understand it’s just not so efficient when we are in the middle of a class and people keep get glitched out and we have to stop every two minutes to accept people in and we don’t get anywhere.

Help
I cannot get onto calls and I cannot see the meeting recordings. I have restarted my device, gon onto and off the WiFi, messaged the help instant replybot (no reply) and closed the app a number of times, any suggestions on what I can do? This is a great app, it has helped my education system a lot. Please may you help me with my issues.

Share functionality with screen shot
Many of my students take a screen shot or photo of their work and submit this to Assignments in Teams. I used to be able to tap on the image and then the option to share the image to Notes or Pages was available to me. This has been amazing BUT for the last two weeks this has not worked....please assist...being able to mark my students work in any format was the main reason for buying an iPad!

MSTeams dont want to connect to the Mic on IPad
iPad but keeps getting this message when trying to join meetings:
"teams needs permission to participate in a call or meeting, go to settings and allow teams to use your mic."
But the when going to Settings > Teams there is no microphone option. What could be the issue?
Please fix it or give solutions how to fix it.

Teams
This app has help my school as well as myself .
It is easy to use and teachers can send us work and we meet up with no connnection problems.
We can hear them clearly and we are able to ask questions with out interrupting the teacher by simply raising the given hand

Recording button available on app
I really live the app as it works well for my work meeting. It seems however that with the recent updates, the recording button has been removed. For this, I often have to use the desktop purely for this.
Please advise where this has moved to? Or alternatively how I can record sessions from the app.

Great app
This app is extremely helpful it helps my kids communicate easily and has very few bugs. I recommend this app.

Good
Look the app is a really good concept, it’s basically google classroom merged with Skype/zoom. The only problem I have is that it isn’t easy to use, especially since lockdown and teachers just put all our work everywhere and anywhere on the app. Please if the Microsoft team could work on a simplified version just to make things easier.

No raise hand option anymore!
Hi Microsoft this app is great but, I am quite annoyed at the fact that my “raise hand” option is gone! So last week I updated my Teams and then there was a hands up option , but now this week it is no longer there. Can you please help me fix this problem as I really need this option as I am doing home learning because of the pandemic and we are not allowed to ask questions in the call unless we raise our hand, so please help 🙏☺️!

Meeting invitations on mobile app
Pls add meetings on mobile app to make it easy to join the meeting from a mobile. Currently I have to ask to be added or join from my Skype to Teams on mobile.

Microsoft Teams best app for Collaboration
Microsoft Teams has really aided us in collaborating effectively with our internal teams and multi-stakeholder projects, including international collaboration. It kept our organization agile and able to support our clients and essential services organizations even during these COVID-19 times. I would recommended Microsoft Teams for any modern organization for effective, transformative results.

Buggy and lacking critical features
Teams as an app and a desktop program are both severely lacking when it comes to production value, teams totally lacks any client side settings like notification control for all teams and setting the mic to mute by default. This feature has caused me much embarrassment, when even though is says it is muted, I join the meeting and behold, it is not muted, and I talk to someone else outside of the call, not realizing it is unmuted. This is very embarrassing and frankly baffling me why there isn’t a feature like this already.

Few small issues
Not a bad app. There’s a few functionality issues that make it frustrating though. If you forget to assign a meeting to a channel when you create the meeting, you can’t go back in & change it.
Not being able to see more than 4 people during a video chat & it’s not easy to switch between who you can/can’t see.
Video calling quality is sometimes an issue. Might be nice to be able to share a meeting with others so if I’ve created a meeting & want to tell the people involved (I know they get an email) but might be nice to be able to share the meeting link to WhatsApp. - some of these things might be doable but Im pretty tech savvy & I couldn’t figure it out.

There is always room for improvement. Work on:
1. Having as many participants as possible in video without the system being clogged up.
2. The video link being able to be minimized but visible when a Participant is referring to documents/ or other platforms with easy!

Great app! Just missing some things the desktop app has.
I love the app! Really streamlined and, once you get used to it, powerful! I just have an issue with the fact that I can’t initiate a video call from the iPad app. If I’m at my desktop PC, I can start a video call there (even without a camera attached to my PC) and then use my iPad camera during the call. It would be great, though, if I could do this without needing the desktop. Thanks for a great app!

Battery drain issue
I love the app a lot. It works really well. Theres just an issue with battery draining. With iOS 13 the teams app completely kills the battery, I’m not sure why. I’ve found that if I have teams in the background on my phone and I’m on teams on my mac, the battery life gets killed horribly. We talking 21% battery in the space of an hour if not less.

It’s frustrating that i can’t simply copy and paste images in Teams or between chats.
Also would precede to have the option to reply to each message directly in a chat. So be able to tag and reply to a specific comment.

I belong to teams from different organisations and I do find it difficult to have to flip between my organisations in order to get my messages.
I would like to be able to have at least notifications from different organisations in the same place.

Great for internal team communication
We have been using it for a few weeks, it helps team communication and record keeping.
I would appreciate if Microsoft adds the function to be able to reply to a message, as well as exporting a conversation to another app.
