Charges me when I have minutes
The app tries to charge me while I have minutes when I want to do a group ride. It’s the most frustrating thing because I can’t cover my family’s ride. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and keeps trying to charge me when I want to add another bike EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ENOUGH MINUTES!

Fix payment feature on app. Extremely unclear about whether the ride has ended and stops costing you money. Even when you follow all procedures on app to end the ride

Safety compramised
I was In Hatta yesterday and was intrigued by the concept.
So decided to use it for a ride to the dam. As I was abit hesitant the sales person quickly convinced me that its safe and the ride up is not so steep.
When I reached the Dam it was an absolutely steep ride up, I ended up pushing my bike, also I was told I can drop it off at any point when I got to the top, Hatta Kayak Dam there was no place to leave the bike.
When done I decided to go down the slope, worst mistake ended up hitting a curb and fracturing my spine! The police were amazing and the hospital.
My only concern is that why are they not giving a helmet when you hire the bike? i was fortunate that I did not sustain any head injuries!
Honestly will never use the service again!

Tax Invoice
If you want to claim this back for work related use of tax claims, don't use Lime. They cannot provide invoices. I've sent 4 emails and they reply with a blank email every time.

We loved the scooters but the app keeps on hanging and when we wanted to end the ride, it kept on telling us we couldn't park there because it was full but would not show us how to get to another area. Your app needs to be improved

Fun with no hassles
What a fantastic idea.... After dinner we took a 2 min ride to our hotel, it made us feel like kids again at the age of 55. A lot of fun and quick way to het around in the city.

Great way to see the city. Maybe needs a holder for a smartphone to have gps to navigate around.
