Hey Toca! So I will be speaking for some people how also have this problem, (for some people, please don’t take it to heart, there might be other people with this problem). Toca please consider these for free, one place at each location for free. The main outfit pack and that is it from my side, but I really thank you for everything that the team has done for this game making it a better experience for all. Theses are just for some people who are either not allowed to pay or maybe something else. I have experienced some of my friends not playing this game anymore, due to this situation. I absolutely love this game though ( im sorry if I sound mean). But thanks to the staff for the work, keep up the good work! I give kudos to you all who is part of this organization. Hey Toca, I would just like to say that this app is amazing. But it still kind of feels small… I just wish there were some more places available, like most of the places r useless, I just wish u could open the mall or something, or at the very least let the DIY Yumi store have more. Glitches and bugs
Listen I Love the game and buy the packs, I’m practically obsessed. But it’s impossible to play when the game kicks you out every time you try to enter one of your builds. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but to no avail. I’m tired of this happening. The game is unplayable and I can’t enjoy my downtime in peace. I just end up getting frustrated. Almost PERFECTION
I have been playing this game for a long while and i really do like it, the community surrounding the game has such lovely and genuine people. The game is inclusive and very customisable. I would say as someone who used to use the free version of the game it was a bit restricted but i love the addition of some free places for the free players. I did buy the hospital before it became free, but i understand why i had to be free because i played the free version for a such long time. I think the only thing stopping this from being 5 stars is the game crashing glitches that have been a problem since i started playing the game. I get criticism but I wish the community would not be as hard on the developers. We are all just trying to create and use our imaginations

Hi! I was just playing Toca boca and I thought of something… wouldn’t it be so useful if, with the icons like home design, outfit design character creator, those sort of things, there would also be a camera one, so where ever you are you can capture memories in Toca boca world. After you’ve clicked the button or done what ever you do to take a photo, then there could be an option to print it in game (so you can hang it in your home or something) and then the other option could be if you would just like to keep it in images on your device.
Any way that’s my idea, I have been playing your game for 7 years and it has never let me down, thank you so much! My whole child hood was basically Toca Boca 💕💕

Everything. Is. Gone.
I loved my Toca world. I had most of the houses, beautiful furniture packs. I had the spa in the snowy mountains, and so many gifts. I decorated every house I had and spent a lot of time making it look amazing. Now it’s all gone.
And I don’t mean “oh, my houses are all empty and there’s no more gifts”, believe me, that’s already happened many times. I literally mean that EVERYTHING that I payed for, everything that is’t already apart of the app, has vanished.
Yesterday it was fine, but today, the second that hospital popped up. Gone.
I can’t get into my houses. None of my characters have clothes. ALL the furniture is gone, in my home designer. All those gifts. My character creator; all those clothes.
“Have you tried resetting your Toca account?” YES. NOTHING. This is not the normal glitch that I’ve heard of so many times. And if there can’t be a solution, then I’ve just wasted all that money on a silly game for nothing. ALL THAT MONEY, FOR NOTHING.
Please, Toca Boca, seeing as you’ve accepted so many requests with adding more free buildings, earrings and furniture. Surely, you could give me an answer as well. What happened to my account?

Amazing game, just one glitch.
I love Toca Boca and I’ve been playing it for years and recently I decided to re-download it. I was enjoying the gameplay and I love the new updates and everything you’ve given for free but, there is currently a glitch with the post office. Whatever I get from the post office and put in my house goes back to the post office. What I mean is, if I get a plant for example and put it down in my house, when I go back to my house it will no longer be there. This is a small thing but it’s quite irritating because I get the majority of my things from the post office.
Apart from this, it’s an amazing game!

Good game, agitating bugs.
I love this game, the aesthetics and creativity really bring the game together. I have been playing for 6 years and I have spent a lot money on this game so it would really be appreciated if you guys fixed the bugs that affect the gameplay. When placing wallpaper it often glitches, the clothing options and building feature often glitch too, especially when trying to edit the house. However, the most irritating glitch is when the game crashes. I keep trying to enter my homes (specifically the older ones) and I am kicked out the app. I have updated the app and restarted my device as well. These glitches really ruin my experience when playing the game, which is really frustrating because it ruins the potential of the game. Please see to these bugs. Thank you.

I’m seriously in love with The game and I’ve played it since Covid 19, but this is disappointing. I reset my game and then I lost everything, not just the characters and my furniture but my purchases as well. I restored the purchase and got half of it back, now I have to repurchase everything I’ve lost and it costs me a lot of money. Please fix this because it’s happened to a few people that I’ve known including me. Otherwise the game is good. But I had to reset it because it kept kicking me out of the game and COULDNT go into one building, seriously fix this because it’s annoying that I have to repurchase everything I’ve lost. I love the game though.
Hi Toca, this is many months later and another major irritating glitch has struck. I know this has also happened with others because I saw a video of someone complaining. 1st I wanna say it’s not because of my storage, I have over 20GB still open, second I wanna say it’s not because I’m not loading my saves. I always press the orange arrow in the corner to load my saves, and it’s not because my Toca isn’t updated because I always check if there is an update, I also want to as I don’t over clutter my houses so it’s not that, it’s just a glitch that is annoying. So when I build a house I go to other locations to collect items for my house, when I go place then in my house I go back to other locations in Toca to get more items, then when I go back to my house all the items are gone and back at their original location. It’s very annoying and I can’t build houses like this. Also when I reset my Toca Boca in the red corner it doesn’t work, my Toca doesn’t reset and I have to end up just deleting it again because of all the glitches. And even after I deleted and re downloaded my stuff still kept disappearing so please please fix this. I just also want to say this is no hate and I absolutely love this game, I love the new free houses and locations that you added and I’m insanely grateful for it, even though I still buy stuff haha. If the bugs were fixed I think this would be my favorite game ever. I love this game though

It’s a great app it’s really fun and safe for kids.
I’m really upset because l actually dilated the app and when l downloaded it again it all my purchases were gone and when l clicked restore purchases it said that I’m all good to go but it never gave me my stuff l bought back.
I went on every website they gave me to try and fix it but it says that I don’t have any purchases that is not true because l have proof that l do please if this can be fixed please help. I don’t want a refund l just want the stuff l bought in the app back please l can also prove my purchases if needed. Amazing Game!
This game is great, it really is. I just have one suggestion, and one request. For my request, I would like my gifts back. Especially the Spongebob ones. See, when you added the new KATSEYE update, my game wouldn’t start. So I had to delete and reinstall it, only to lose all my gifts. Please give my gifts back. I’ve been playing since January 2024. For my suggestion, I think you could make an easier refund feature. For example, you could add a refund button at the bottom of the shop screen, just the one you use to get your purchases back. When you tap it, it gives you a selection of your purchased items. Then you choose the one(s) that you wish to refund. The money goes directly back to your account, including the extra tax you paid. Review for Toca World – Disappointed and Confused
I’ve been a long-time fan of Toca World and have really enjoyed building my world with the different locations and homes. However, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated right now. I purchased both the Vacation Pool Villa and the Neon Rainbow Apartment, but now they are suddenly gone from my game. I no longer have access to either of the houses I paid for.
I know I haven’t played in about three years, but that shouldn’t mean I lose my purchases. These are items I paid real money for, and I expected them to still be available when I came back to the game. Nothing warned me that my content could disappear over time.
I’ve tried restoring purchases and even updating the app, but nothing works. I don’t understand how something I bought can just vanish. This makes me feel like I can’t trust the game anymore, and it’s really upsetting to lose parts of my world I spent money and time on.
Why don’t I own the houses I bought anymore? This needs to be fixed or at least explained. I’m not the only one experiencing this, and I hope the developers take this issue seriously. Please bring back what I paid for.

Toca boca is great but….
Toca ever since your update everything has been going weird I have been playing this game for about 3-4 years and the update is great and all but everything has been glitchy and it’s been freezing. My gifts are fine BUT not all of them are there. I did research about the free gifts on which free and A LOT of those are not there AT ALL no matter if I reset my world bothering happens so would u please fix this and I love this game and wouldn’t want to be deleting it like every day because I delete it then download it over and over to see if anything good happens. Toca Boca is like a boundless dreamland where my imagination can run wild, painting stories as vibrant as a sunset-drenched sky. I’m not receiving the house and furniture packs I paid for after deleting the app
I have purchased a few places, furniture and house packs from the toca shop on my iPad but when I download toca on my phone and go into the shop and restore purchases some of the things I purchased are there while others are not and it’s saying I have to buy them again I am extremely disappointed with this issue as it’s ruining my game play and I spent my hard earned money on a game so I expect the things I buy to be in the game for me to use . Please get this under control so I can resume with the packs. I have tried resetting and deleting the app but nothing as worked I have pressed restore purchases multiple times but nothing has worked please help.

Great game,one problem
Toca is a great game and I think everyone should try it,I just have one problem tho,when I go to my free gifts and I go down or up it takes me out of the game I have deleted it and got it back re set my world and looked up how to fix it no matter what I try it doesn’t want to work,and if I can’t access my gifts I will not be able to get the things needed in my house and I don’t want to delete it again because I have worked super hard on my hotel / house. I hope you see this and fix it for me and the others who experience what’s happening to me. Great game but…
Hello Toca if your reading this ur game is amazing I love playing it every single day! But after I bought EVERYTHING and when I say EVERYTHING I mean it then I was experiencing some glitches so I deleted the game and re-download ,and so as most of us know u can repurchase the things you’ve already bought but here’s the problem it gave me one ONE building which is the train station (once again I bought everything!) and only 4 out of the 10 houses I bought not even including separate packs so Toca if ur reading this xx I would like all and when I say all I mean all of the things I bought with my own money!😉

Love the game and the style. Better than any other role play games. I would still like for them to add more free stuff but I have most of the packs so yep!!
I’m so excited for the new update happening at 7:00PM!! THAT IS SO FUN (the one where u can make your own “design” I think that that’s a very cool upgrade so ya.i would like for Toca boca to have a world where u can join each other though, I’m not trying to compare here but avatar world has already done that. Hi there, Toca world is the best game to EVER exist I would recommend it to EVERYBODY and I just love how personalised you can make your character and houses and stuff.
It’s so much fun and I can’t stop playing it on weekends, but I do have a problem, not too long ago my world randomly restarted and luckily my purchases didn’t disappear, but when I went to look at the post office, the shelves that have things from the past were ALL GONE AND I WAS SO SAD AND I AM STILL SAD BECAUSE IT HASN’T COME BACK and I really want to use some of that stuff for my houses and I waited to see if it would come back every time I update the app but it doesn’t. Dear tocaboca your game is amazing the design and creativity of all the packs is incredible and the packs are also cheap however there are many bugs I’m experiencing and they still haven’t been fixed after a month the coastal villa I’ve purchased constantly glitches but now when I try to get into the villa it kicks me out the app I’ve also tried resetting my world but it didn’t work it kicked me out the app so I tried my other houses but when I try to get into them it kicks me out the app so I haven’t played in a while I updated it and thought that would fix it but it didn’t🙁 I’m really upset as i spent money on these I will be happy if I can reset my world and design all my houses again thx

It’s fun but theirs problems:first like I build my house and took me 1 day to finish it but then my phone like glitched me out and then I went in again and then I went in my house and everything was gone like my furniture and everything then for 1 week I didn’t get any gifts by the gift shop.
Second problem:You need a person who is good with phones and yeah and then that person fixes it then you go to the gift shop then you see your stuff is there and then you have to rebuild your hole house.

My problem
So I have bought a lot of things in toca life which means I will have all the different ‘towns’ like the snowy one or the ‘Ok street’. The problem is all my purchases are not in my world. Like you know how you get a free place, well In that area I bought the ‘haunted house’ but it’s not there I have the modern mansion but I can’t build it like if a delete a house you have to pay for I can’t build it again and if one of the houses are already build when I try to go in it kicks me out the whole game. I can only go in the free things. This may me a bug or a glitch but please fix it or I have just wasted so much money on a game. I don’t even know if it’s my Wi-Fi or something but it’s a good game and I’m hoping you can fix it soon.

I love Toca boca but lately it has not been working well . Whenever I would go somewhere or make/decorate a house or something when I would try to exit the place it would say loading and then freeze and then it would just exit the app and go back to the Home Screen and when I would go back in the app the world (the game)would be restarted and it has happened multiple times and it is very annoying!!! On another note I would love if you would add more free items because not everyone is able to pay for items but either than that I just love this game so much but please fix the bugs because there seems to be more than one of them . One more thing, it’s very annoying when you are making your house and it says it is full please can you fix that.

Resetting the world
Hi Toca Creators! You have made a great game! Please can you help me with this problem? I play this game for a little while… and then it kicks me out. I go back in, and everything has reset! Like my houses have nothing in them, my stuff goes back to where it was before, and I have to start over again. Everything that I have bought is still there though, which is good! Hey Toca this was my absolute favourite game to play until one day all my free gift disappeared so I went a on Google and searched will I lose all my Toca purchases if I delete the app Toca help centre said all my purchases will still be in game when I re-download it I did exactly that and all my purchases are gone and no money was sent back I spent all my money on that game birthday money ,Christmas money ext (I don’t get a lot of money) please Toca I love the game soooooo much and spent hard hours on all of my houses. i love toca boca, but recently my characters disappeared and i couldnt find them. I then reset them and remade them and only two teleported to the little character creator thing? i bought the 75+ characters btw. now, i keep reseting and only two of them come. i cant even get them all (mind you, i have 5) and only get 2/5. please fix this, its been happening for over a week and it’s irritating as i do videos in this game and post for my followers and havent posted in a week because of this bug. Glitches
The problem is I’ve been like playing for a long time now so now they’re like deleting some of my characters and they’re not letting me make a new characters and I have the 30 characters pass and the problem is that I’m not like allowed to make any more characters even though I haven’t used all of my characters I’ve only use like 10 out of 30 and they’re just I can only make one more character and a like no you have to delete that character and make a new character if you want a character and I just like I need all of my characters cause I’m making a role-play so could you please like check that out and fix it Reset have to and then I also have to like reset the whole world and I have a lot of stuff that I took from other characters for my characters

Hi there✨ I love the game it’s really fun. I’ve nearly spent all my money on it! There are a few bugs that you should consider fixing like for example the game Keeps on kicking me out and when I go back in my whole world is restarted but further no complaints! There are a couple of requests that could really improve the app!! I love all the housing that the game includes but... i think that adding a little more housing would be amazing. Like adding a medieval castle that u can decorate bcc recently I’ve been obsessed with watching people renovate castles🤗 and I think it would be really fun to do the same!😃✨🦋 also sum jewellery and more aesthetic and modern outfits would be a game changer. Adorable game that’s worth the price

I absolutely love this game 😍. My favorite part is the animation graphics because everything from the buildings to the people and even the animals are designed to be cute. The locations you purchase are more than worth their price especially the new places. Toca world is so much better than all the older Toca Boca games becasue you can decide what you buy, this game is a combination of all the older games plus newer locations that are not in the older games and you can even create your own custom characters.
May I suggest for later updates:
1. A cinema.
2. A chocolate or candy shop and/or factory.
3. A fancier hotel 5-star that is in a city center like the Busy Plaza or Ok Street almost like the fancy restaurant compared to the old restaurant but a better version of the older hotel.
4. A spy headquarters.
5. Another office building that is a company headquarters similar to the Business Tower but instead of one building, it can be spread out over separate campuses like the university but each building can be brought separately (almost like Facebook town or Apple Park in Toca World 🤩) including the offices, apartments for the employees, a gadget store and even a park and cafeteria. 6. A modular Home Designer apartment building that becomes taller each time you purchase a new apartment unit because instead of one big expensive building, you can buy each apartment one by one. It can even have a pool on the roof.
7. Toca World’s own Subway, metro or train station.

Fun and nice but
So one day I was playing Toca boca and it randomly logged me out of the game so I went back in the game and went in my house and when I went in everything was the same
As when you first get the house. So I was quite mad and frustrated then I made the house again. Then when I opened the game again the furniture was gone again. So I deleted the game and downloaded it again
And when I went back in I restored my purchases and made the house again and it took FOREVER since I have the mansion house. I thought everything was fine but then the next day in the morning it was gone again
So now I’m making this.

Fun, Calming and beautiful
Love the design and creative options available even without the bundles! Toca Boca has always been the calm place for me and I’m sure many other players.
No stress just create and have fun!
I love the wheelchairs available and I’d love to see hearing aids added if not already in a pack,
The colors and objects and clothing are so adorable and pretty I can’t stop looking for the mini critters hiding everywhere. The little noises they make, make my heart melt and go squishy it’s so cute!
Searching for matching outfits to create a new type of character is so much fun and bring the more ‘game’ part.
I love interior design and when you can add and create your own characters and ‘thrifted’ items it’s so much fun I literally cannot stop. Unfortunately I don’t have the option to make more than one house, but that doesn’t stop me from restarting the world to do it over and over again!
With regards to bundles yes they do cost money,
as someone who sadly can’t afford it, I can still understand there is a lot of work, effort and thought put in to make this place for us and they have to get some sort of reward and payment for it right? With more affordable prices I’m sure more people would invest in this little world, but for now just the game as a whole is perfect!

I feel more confident in making my videos and leaving my current location. Well decorated and all perfect to leave it and come back tomorrow but are all the glitches fixed. No today I noticed that every time i gather up my things and pack them up for my next story. I got about 8 games in one bundle last year for only R150 and that was a GREAT deal, but now with all of the new games, there are no more bundles like that. That bundle however was a ‘Super Bundle’ and was only on the App Store for a limited amount of time, and I was very lucky to catch that deal, but if you could maybe create another few bundles similar to that with the new games, only on the App Store for a few days or so, it would be great!

I love Toca Boca and all their apps but to a world has a lot of convenience with almost all the other toca boca life apps in one ☝🏻 it’s just I would like if they could maybe give the game a lot of options I know I may abound confusing but what I’m saying is if you could add a bundle with affordable prices I mean who’s going to spend 499 ranks on all the apps drop the prices maybe and have a sale it would attract a lot of customers meaning to get the app and buy more bundles also I have an apple device so apple sometimes advertises apps like fortnite and more I did see the ONLY once advertise toca boca but anyway to a Boca is great and I expect it to be even better I will keep writing ✍🏻 good comments and reviews on my channel so without further ado
