Just a heads up to all South African customers on Paxum; the only option you currently have is WIRED transfers.
To wire transfer into your account is $50. Ludicrous. I’m honestly appalled by how much it costs.
The option for EFT payments which is significantly cheaper isn’t available yet in our country, and for some unbeknownst reason we also don’t have the MasterCard transfer option?
Now I’m stuck between how I can transfer these funds in the most cost effective way. Having to scavenge for friends or relatives that may own an international account just to transfer it locally and direct it back to mine.
Paxum please revise your options and start extending to a large client base if you’re going to advertise as an international ewallet system.
