Updating to IOS without regards to existing users
Hi. I’m using a device that can’t be updated to iOS 16. Surely that should not block me from continuing to use the app. Do I have to buy a new iPad or phone every time you want to update your recipes?

The Phillips 5000 air fryer made me excited to cook and try out new recipes! Not to mention the suggested recipes on the app. Y’all ATE with this❤️

Buggy
The original app was much better. I find the new app struggles to speak to my air fryer and often when cooking is finished it keeps the timer going, thinking it’s still cooking then also disconnects from air fryer. Good recipes though.

Not working
The app keeps crashing and cannot find my airfryer - it won’t connect to Philips. I deleted the app by mistake and now my Airfryer doesn’t work. Reinstalled app and it keeps crashing !

The app not showing iOS keyboard
I downloaded the app after receiving my new air fryer. I can see everything when scrolling through. Unfortunately the keyboard is not popping up when I want to search or add some typed information 😔. I have to type elsewhere and then copy and paste to the app.

Cannot share
A serious feature that is lacking is the fact that you cannot share your appliance (Airfryer) with someone else in your home. You have to pair with another person but then it unpairs from your app. So frustrating!!!!

Amazing app, just one more thing...
I use the app everyday for cooking from my phone to the air fryer and I can only imagine how better the app would be if it supported iOS Live Activities notifications. It's available on some unnecessary apps but would be amazing to view my cooking progress in real-time without having to open the app or wait for the general notifications. Please make this happen!

Worked perfectly until recent update
I enjoyed the APP until I was prompted to update. Now I cannot search anymore, it just says "something went wrong". Frustrating and disappointing.

Good app, but not very accessible for low-vision users in terms of text size or blind users for use with Voice Over

My previous review.
Do you guys even read properly? I said I would like to save settings for what I am cooking. For example frozen pizza, frozen soya burgers that came in a box from the freezer of the store. I just want to save the settings for the time and temperature that my air fryer can cook them at.

Reference number: 60-0029064552. CONN-3 error is being received. The airfryer moves from setup mode because the process concludes.

Great product - Terrible app support
Spent a mini fortune on the Phillips air fryer which works well however this app doesn’t work after the first day since downloading ! Says the server is currently unavailable due to upgrades being done .. it’s been about a week now ??

The app is under maintenance
I just downloaded the app yesterday afternoon at the arrival of my air fryer. Connected the two, Had a glance and it looked good. Decided to try a recipe. By the time I prepped amd was ready to go in app stopped working. For the past 16 hours it says it’s under maintenance try later. Such kill joy for my first ever use! Any update on that?

There is always something going wrong...
Only works half of the time with all the error messages always popping up due to failure loading recipes, your better off using Google.
