SELECT FUELING PROGRAM
Endurance Fueling - to keep your energy, hydration and electrolytes level fully maintained during the endurance activity
Lean Fueling - Boost your training effectivity, with full covered hydration and electrolyte, but moderate carb intake protocol, in order to make your energy storage mobilized and gain extra results in excessive fat burning.
SET YOUR GOALS
Create your your single or multisport activity to calculate your energy, hydration and electrolyte needs
BUILD YOUR NUTRITION PLAN
Select your favourite or recently available nutrition products to calculate your customized refueling plan

SAVE YOUR PLAN
Save your refueling plan for the future as an archived one to see what worked out well
Save as a template in order to use it as a recurring activity with updated external factors like temperature and humidity
SEND PLAN TO YOUR GARMIN
Select your required Enduraid Refueling Plan and send it to your Garmin. Your customized refueling plan will be shown in optimal 20 minutes refueling period as a DataField on your compatible Garmin device
