Widgets aren’t working as expected
I keep connecting and reconnecting but my soundcore widgets just won’t show the controls for controlling the different modes on my headphones

Fix your ish(Soundcoure Life Q20+)
New update stopped EQ from working on all my different devices. Tried on different phones and when you choose the EQ it just disconnects. Like why?? I have earphones that are working R50inc. IOS18. My Q20+ reboots when I open the app. Please I’m begging you please😩

Soundcore R50i
I have had my pair of Soundcore R50i’s for about 2 years now, they sound ok for their price. However for a while I’ve noticed a glitch that annoys. When watching a video on youtube with the earbuds in they work fine, but as soon as I put them back in their case, they should just hand over the sound to the iPhone, but in most or many cases it doesn’t, no sound plays through the iPhone’s speaker until I manually switch outputs. Can you kindly look into this bug and fix it if it is on your side.

Bought my Soundcore P30i on a budget but there are some incredible high-end features which work like a dream.
1. Active Noise Cancelling

3. Multipoint
4. White and sleep noise!!!!

The app is not able to pick up my Soundcore P2i and Q30 devices

Can’t connect life P3’s
There’s a bug with the app. I cannot add my Life P3’s as a new device so I can’t control the eq, noise cancellation or other features. I have paired the earphones with my phone in settings but they won’t show up when “searching” for new devices on the app. Very frustrating. Please fix asap

Awesome, but needs FM radio station names
Awesome product, but a minor frustration is not being able to assign / edit radio station names in the app. This shouldn’t be a difficult feature to implement but would add significantly to the user experience.
