Please note that if you already have a SANRAL account you don't have to register again to use this App, simply use your existing credentials to log in (the same details you would use for the SANRAL website).

Should you not remember your password, you can reset it from the App main screen using the Password Recovery feature. In case you don't remember your ClientId, Username, or registered Email, please contact the Call Centre: 0800 726 725

Before using the new feature to report Potholes offline, make sure you have logged in successfully to the App at least once. This is for the App to remember your details and capture the Potholes locally on your device associated with your profile.

Once your device is connected again (to any network, mobile, or Wi-Fi), the App will automatically upload in the background the Potholes that were captured while online. Allow a few minutes for the new Potholes to be displayed on the "My Reports" menu.

Cannot login

I have tried multiple times to log into the app even though I give the correct login details and the face scanner does not work I can however log into the account on the browser with the same login credentials. I wish to rather use the app because it is convenient to top up your account and to see what your balance is.

Please fix this urgently as it is quite irritating and makes the app useless

In other words I cannot log into the app and there are no other options to help you.

App works great when it works.

Not sure why, but my password is failing when I try login now. Just gives an oops error. Tried to reset it, but won’t let me - just gives an oops error again.

Tried to login using my Google account as well, but app just crashes so as I click the Google icon.

Logging in or resetting a password

Logging in or resetting a password is a pain and a half. Unnecessary system changes that will take you 5 calls and 2 days to fix.

Please have a look at the app password reset process when changing passwords it just says oops something went wrong without giving explanation. Very frustrating I must say.

Can no longer top up

As of recently I am not sure what has changed. Prior the app allowed me to top up my account at any time of the day and all worked fine. Recently the app has stopped all attempts at allowing me to top up.

There is no space bar to insert spaces when entering bakwena etag number. Spaces are required format, however only a keypad without a spacebar is available in the app.

Confused but now sorted

As One of the reviews mentioned...i could not use my app agter the update. Today I reinstalled it with no effect. I then decided to try the online portal - I could not login. It kept giving me an error. So I did a renew password and that worked - now that I’ve changed my password (mine was too short) the app works perfectly.

It might be a good idea to mention that when you do an update next time? It will help us as clients to be able to use the app.

Will not accept my login for full version and says user name taken when I try and use full version. Actually the “button” to choose full (vs lite) doesn’t even work.

App Doesn’t Work After Update

Since the update, I can no longer access my information on the app. I does not respond at all when I tap “check account balance and status”. The only responsive part of the app is the button to report potholes. I cannot check or upload funds. The app is completely unresponsive. I’ve been using the app successfully for years before the recent update. Please assist. I have to go a long way out of my way to find a SANRAL office to upload cash.

I am no longer able to log onto my account since updating the app/phone software. The App does not recognize my email address or user name or password and does not give the faceID option even - I work in remote areas and drive through the tollgates when it is still dark so I just want to top up my account on the app. Please help. I like the app and the fact that i can view most of the things on the go. I have three vehicles and when i view transactions of them all at once, the vehicle registration numbers sometimes do not appear. Can you look at that please.
