As unpredictable as Eskom

This app works sometimes, but most of the time I need to re-send a pin 3 times before my visitor receives it. I even had to physically drive to the gate to open the gate for them. This app is not something I can trust and causes an awkward moment for my guests every time they get to the gate and have to explain to security that they have no pin...

Terrible New Way of Sending Codes

I’m not sure if it’s an estate choice, but the fact that pins aren’t an option anymore is that terrible. The new invitation system just doesn’t work. I’ll update my rating as soon as this is fixed. It used to worked perfectly before this update.

Latest update: not able to login fixed

Thank you fixing the login issue so quickly! 😊

Some wishes for future:

1) getting a photo of the visitor entering with the invite code they received from the security cameras when they enter the complex

2) option to WhatsApp or Telegram the invite from the app since these are more reliable than sms I find

3) option to cancel an invite in the event of mistakenly sending to he incorrect contact

New update problematic

The new app update is so problematic, says login credentials are incorrect even though they’re correct. Says a problem occurred with inviting visitor as well
