Can’t open app
This app and camera has been great up until yesterday (23/05/2020) I can’t open the app on all of my devices. It kicks me right off back to my normal phone screen. Please fix this issue as the camera is used for baby room and this is not ideal at all!!

Trouble logging in
I keep having trouble logging into the app to check the camera, and when i do its advert on advert... is it not enough that i bought the camera?? Do i have to buy the app also and pay monthly storage fees in order to quickly check my camera and make sure my property is protected?? Biggest mistake i made was buying this product. Stay away!

Video record disappears
The camera will record fine for a day or two then the video recording isn’t shown in timeline but when I check the memory card space available it’s definitely there! Please help!

Not useful at all
After I changed to my new phone all records,plans is disappeared. Useless money eating cloud service I must say. It’s recording for certain seconds after every 10 min n if I want to see something important it’s missing out of the video so no useful at all. Pls do not spend ur money on rubbish service ☹️☹️☹️

Buggy
The other, older, not supported V380 app is less buggy and more user friendly.
On V380 I can go to replay video recordings directly. On this V380 pro I have to play the live feed first, which I don't want, and then go to the recordings.
The old V380 just has a better flow, more user friendly and is less buggy. The bugs are being fixed....slowly..perhaps because there is no direct line of support.
The video playback has definitely improved..perhaps got new servers or faster internet on their side.

Absolutely useless
I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying this camera on takealot. I just have not been able to get it to work. The instructions are written in the worst Chinglish and are plain inaccurate - e.g. the voice prompts that come from the camera don’t match what the instructions tell you to look for - so how do you know what stage you’re at??

Slow after update
After the latest update this is so slow and even when im connected locally then the camera reconnect om the app. Super slow!!!!!!

Screen ratio issues and preset PTZ positions needed.
The split screen/multi screen view update is great! The problem now however is that the image/video is cropped in a 4:3 ratio and not the 16:9 that it used to be. Can you please fix.
Secondly, can you please add preset positions to the camera so that you can save camera positions on the ptz, in other words, quick reference positions instead of struggling to move to a spesific view with the ptz controls. Most other apps have this functionality and it works great!
