This app keeps flipping between free or paid subscription and its astronomical price point for a monthly service is ridiculous. Been using it for years so very disappointed in the constant change.

Use to be free , Now it forces you to pay a subscription even though the water mark they add doesn’t bother me , it still forces you to pay the subscription no matter what you do , i built my entire cleint base on here and now i have to switch to a different invoicing app, it does charge you but is much affordable but now to re add everything is a nightmare.

The invoice maker had been a dream!
I used to used excel and make invoice manually, it took forever… It is so easy now, with the clients and line items saved on the app it is quick and painless to make an invoice or estimate.
It also tracks line items and customers and you are able to easily see what are your top sellers and who are your top customers in a rapport.
Cellphone friendly!
*wish that the estimate could convert into an invoice without having to redo… but still an incredible 5 star app!

Reliable Quoting Tool for Freelancers and Small Businesses
Such a great tool! I use it for my photography business, and it helps me see when clients view my quotes and documents. You can upload your company logo to personalize the documents, which looks professional and works amazingly well. I’d recommend this to any freelancer who needs to send quotes to clients.
One suggestion: it would be helpful to include an option where clients can see the deposit amount and due date, as well as a way to attach a PDF contract directly to the document. Overall, though, this app is amazing and gets the job done!

The Bookipi App is now unusable! Invoices for the same client can NOT be amended/updated/changed. Once an item has been locked, it cannot be changed/updated or removed. Wich means that ALL the relevant client information must be added from scratch again! I now have the paid version and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! I want my money back!!!!

App and Subscription doesn't make sense Bookipi vs Invoice Bee
I downloaded your Invoice Bee app now and as I saw as the developer is the same, but subscription fee of Bookipi is R2499.99/year and Invoice bee is R899.99/year, HUGE difference.
Was very surprised when I locked in, all my data was transferred immediately from Bookipi to Invoice Bee.
Very confused why two apps that is 90% the same? Why the BIG subscription fee difference.
You still advertise this app in the description as free and it's the most expensive one doing the rounds now in app stores.

A week ago there was an update and ever since I cannot do anything on the app till I take a subscription which I think is ridiculous for small business to pay such a lot for a subscription. I only use this to keep track of what I need to supply and if payments were made to me. So for that amount a year it’s not worth it. I have emailed support on Friday but did not get any feedback so I emailed and again today. I would appreciate it if I could get some sort of assistance.

I AM FRUSTRATED
While the app is not free as they say - I do understand that I can only have like 3 free invoices at a time. After doing the first few invoices, I never had a problem.
But as there are no invoices on my current list, as soon as I press the + sign, the “unlock to create unlimited documents”.
This is really frustrating as I’m just trying to do my job and have to find alternative ways to do something.

Greatest app for small businesses but latest updates have teething issues
Great app and the latest version updates additions are awesome. Except now converting a quote(now estimate) to an invoice doesn’t load, the app freezes. And after recording payments, the sending receipt window is huge, doesn’t fit device screen. It looks like one is accessing a desktop app that’s not phone compatible on a phone. Please have a look at this. Thank you for all that you do, especially that it is free.

Limited features
It’s a great app until you have to send your invoices or receipts. The feature to send or download pdf seems to have been removed. Either you client doesn’t receive the updates with the links or they do which still seems all rather unprofessional! It’s a very unpleasant and unprofessional application now because of one simple feature. And more and more entrepreneurs are getting frustrated with invoice applications sadly this too has joined the league!

Version 2
Version 2 lacks features that are critical for some businesses and they were there on version 1, which doesn't work anymore. It gives us words in side brackets, etc. and we cant open invoices or quotations.
Version 2 doesn't allow editing of invoices or quotations once sent. This is not good because you will end up with too many invoice numbers. Customers changes their minds almost all the time in our industry and quantities and prices needs to be adjusted on the same invoice number.
There is no search bar on version 2. It is very necessary when looking for a specific client or item.

An Absolute Must Have for any Small Business
This is an absolutely awesome app! No small business can do without this! Makes invoicing and quotations such a pleasure. The app does not mention any subscription fee or include any info relating to that. It would be helpful if all that info can be found on the app instead of just receiving a call to tell you that you have a few weeks for your trial to expire. Small Issue
Love the app. I just found that sometimes when I want to preview a invoice instead off opening and showing the invoice it only shows a blank white screen. Otherwise awesome app.
