I am compelled to use this app in order to get information from my children’s school. However I can’t use it, as it’s not blind user friendly at all. Not even partially.
I need to be accommodated ASAP.

Information doesn’t refresh
The app is very useful. But whenever I get a push notification about information that has been loaded, it usually takes about a day for the information to appear on the app. Even refreshing doesn’t help.

Poor compared to D6
The app has constant issues. Documents can’t be found. Notifications pop up but when you open the notification it can’t find what the notification was about. Cannot refresh the resources etc one self. Constant error messages about objects not found or not being able to write etc. Not impressed at all
