Lost functionality

This app is so cool , it’s really worth it. Once you are in the app it allows you to change your watch face but giving you so many interesting themes to choose from . Christmas, animated, fitness, they have all those cool watch faces. It’s amazing!!
And it also helps you understand your watch better bc it explains the different features and it shows you the many more things your watch enables you to do.
You can also start a goal, like running 2,5km , and while you are running you can do a voice broadcast. You can also see your blood pressure and heart rate as well as many other things.
The only problem is that sometimes the watch faces take a little long to load. But it’s really worth it.

App won’t open
I took a couple month hiatus from using my watch and when I got back into fitness, I decided to go back to using my watch. For some reason, when I click on the app it just refuses to open. I’ve also tried downloading the other volcano app but it can’t find my fitness watch

Great app but ever since I updated the app it refuses to connect to my watch I’ve tried restarting the app restarting my phone and restarting Bluetooth I really am not liking that

Trouble connecting
The app no longer connects with my watch via Bluetooth . It’s been weeks and I also downloaded the Orunning App as suggested but it’s also not connecting. My watch now displays incorrect time, it’s such an inconvenience.

Very disappointed. The Serene series watch and app do not sync properly. The heart rate monitor does not work accurately. The sport activities on the app and the watch do not sync. You cannot read the watch out doors while running or cycling.

It’s a good watch
The app is okay, when you have to count steps, distance and heart rate. I can’t even choose a watch face because the page where I have to select is always blank. It’s just randomised and I’d like to have a choice. Needs to be fixed.

There are no pre installed watch faces within the app. Only three that are on the watch itself. Thats very disappointing

The watch is great and simple to use.
Only issues are the following :
The watch often changes its face by its self.
The faces that are displayed aren’t accessible.
The watch goes out of sync with the time on the the phone.
Not all the notifications pop up even though all are in abled on the app.
I can’t access the settings in the watch itself. When I click on settings it scrolls up.

Steps count inactive
Hi I am generally happy with app it’ used to count my steps and all other activated settings but now it is not and I have tried to reset it deleted and re installed still no joy . Please assist thanks 🙃

Workout data
The watch is great and works fine. My only concern is that when you link data to your health or vitality app, the workout data is NOT sync nor allowed to share data. It only allows you to share sleep, walking + running, heart rate, active energy & steps data. You will find all allowed shared when you go to settings > health > Data > Volkano active. Here you will see all the list data that can be shared from the Volkano App to the Health App and “workout” data is not included there. If you can include this shared data I think the watch can be rated at 5star.

Really good watch, I think the app lets it down a bit
I really like the watch! Last long, notifications come through and I like the design. The app i just find is very limited in its sports functions. They only seem to have cardio basically so if you are doing any other form of sport I.E a full body workout or yoga you can’t really record it. You can set it to a cardio function but it picks up that you aren’t doing a lot of steps so it’s not really accurate. I just think that feature needs a bit of work seen as it is a sports watch and should be a bit more diverse.

Happy with the product
Bought it 3 months (in Feb) ago, it works well and the battery last over 2-3 days n I get my notifications. But it doesn’t allow me to cancel the call on it and I wish it gave a warning when battery is low. But really grateful for the slick color n make!!!

Heart rate
The app never records my heart rate and my sleeping patterns do not look. Normal. For example I wake up at 05:45 but it tells me ii woke up at 07:15 all the time

Turn Wrist to activate display -faulty & Dial Switching faulty
I’m generally very happy with my watch- bought it 1 week ago & it serves the purpose & looks good. I have the Active Tech Serene.
I have 2 questions:
1. Why does the ‘turn wrist to activate display’ function work intermittently? During the day I keep it on but then I’ll have to physically tap it at times to display the time
2. My dial switch (my home face screen) changes during the day without me selecting a choice & I noticed after charging it does the same.

Hi there! I’m quite enjoying the app and the watch. But I don’t see a custom watchface feature on the newest update. There are only 3 options to choose from. Which phone models have access to this feature? I have an iPhone 11.
