Terribly slow and unintuitive
I’m writing this review while I’m waiting for the app to load because that’s how slow it is. You people need to improve and update the app immediately because it doesn’t work well!!!

Description
Ontec HOME is a smart monitoring application that allows users to monitor their household water consumption through the GaugeIT solution as well as purchase prepaid electricity. Through Ontec Home users can monitor more than one household and can provide a friendly alias for the various houses being monitored.
With the GaugeIT solution users can monitor their household water consumption and set daily targets which they do not want to exceed. GaugeIT will send notifications if the user is nearing their consumption target and will also send a notification once the target has been reached. Leak detection has also been included in GaugeIT. Users are notified of possible leaks that has been detected which they can then investigate and fix.
The prepaid purchases function allows users to buy electricity online from anywhere is the world and from the comfort of our own house. A history of previous purchases are stored, giving the user insight into their energy purchasing patterns which is depicted on a graph.

Terrible app
If I could give 0 stars I would! It never works!!

Unpredictable
Most unstable and inefficient application on app store. Majority of the time simply fails to load and if available most functions do not work majority of the time. Extremely frustrating, especially being a key resource in our community.
Also Never able to add and store payment methods, always have to resort to using PC Web interface.
