Constantly Crashing
I genuinely enjoy playing the game. The makeovers are fun. However there are major issues with the game.
The levels almost 100% of the time are pretty hard to defeat, this is fine because its a game, it should be difficult. Its an issue here though because the rewards you receive for EVERY SINGLE LEVEL, are exactly the same, 300 coins. Every time.
Due to the games constantly being so hard to win, when there is a timed makeover, you don’t stand a chance completing them because of how hard it is to win one level. So the timed makeover is over before you can even reach its halfway point.
And THE WORST thing about this app is the CONSTANT CRASHING. Whether you just lost or won a level, the game crashes. Its gotten so bad to the point where the game crashes while playing, it doesn’t even give you the courtesy of seeing that you lost the game before it crashes. And you can never win because it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME you play.
This game has a lot of fun attributes to it, but how can I enjoy them if the game keeps crashing and the levels are so hard that I can’t enjoy all the game has to offer.

Worst game ever, the name of the game is “makeover” not match colours to win the chance to makeover. Everything requires u to play a sort of other game to do the make over and it is unnecessary, you have to pay coins for even small things like removing a hat. That just makes the game boring.

Exclusive levels are annoying
Great game, addictive but those exclusive levels are a pain. Worse part is you don’t get an option whether you want to play them or not. You don’t get anything out of them to do your makeover so they are a waste of time. Either make these levels count for the makeover or make them optional. I’m ready to delete the game because of these levels that don’t have a time limit as to when they will end!

Love the game but it is really annoying that you have to pay so much coins the higher levels you reach to clear out rubble and get the character to take a phone out of their hands for example. 100 coins or even better 50 coins to clear out some object of for meditation is acceptable charge more coins to do a makeover and less to clear the objects

It doesn’t make sense to me that as the individual making the makeover, I must pay to do the makeover. How are the customers not the ones paying? The reveal bonus is not even worth the ‘money’ taken out on doing the makeover

I can appreciate the concept of earning in order to renovate however, having to play the same set 4-5 times before you see that same set being made easier is too much , games are used as a mode of that relaxing they should not frustrate the player by the hard levels and life rejuvenation period.

huge bug issue
i updated my game today and it came with an issue.
every time i use a power up in the game, it glitches and the screen changes color. i tried checking my wifi and restarting my device and i still have issues with the power ups.

A fun and addictive game but beware of in-game purchases. I have been double-charged or over-charged on all but 2 occasions!

Stay away from buying add ons, then it’s a great game
The longer you play this game, the more you’ll realize how much of has been set up to get you to buy “gems” so you can get through challenging levels - fair enough. I was addicted to the game and regularly bought gems because, well why not, right?
But after you’ve been playing for a while, you’ll begin to notice scenarios where you simply can’t win and then you rely on your add ons to get you through it, then the longer yo play the more you’ll notice “small gimmicks” that make it very easy to keep buying the gems to over “stuck” levels.
It feels a little nefarious sometimes and hey, they developed the game to make money right so, whatever - just be aware, once you notice it, it becomes very hard to not see it and then it just feels like they’re taking the Mickey out of you.

This game starts off nicely then they make it impossible to pass levels and get coins. I enjoy a challenge but they make it ridiculously hard.. I spent 1 week just to pass 1 level. Not worth it even though I started off enjoying the game.

Love game but rewards too little
I thoroughly enjoy this game and love the challenges very much (great stress reliever), but I find it silly and unfair that we only win the same amount of coins with every passing game including those “super hard” games. Shouldn’t we be rewarded with more seeing you have to spend double the amount on a makeover at a time. Stupid to spend 600 on one item in the makeover for example.
Please see to it to reward properly or make spending less. Lol
Otherwise will have to delete this eventually as it’s just addicting and frustrating at times especially all the “hard work” for a measly 300 only.

Purchase issue
It is a great game. But I made a purchase and when my card declined I thought the payment would cancel. Once my card had cash the money was taken but I did not receive my stash or purse full of gems. I have refreshed the game and still not received my stuff. Yet every payment is reflective on my apple bill.

But it costs a fortune if you want to play regularly. If go for extra lives they completely rip you off. To the point that delete is the only option because you are furious. I don’t mind spending some money or earned points but if you are going to be greedy then I just don’t see the point.

Love it!
It’s addictive! You need to finish the levels to complete parts of each makeover.
Some of the levels are very hard, but if was too easy then where would the challenge be? There’s no need to spend fortunes on buying “cheats”. Just add loads of friends and you’ll have an endless supply of people gifting you extra lives!
I also wanted to add that the production value of this game is very high. Slick and cleverly done. And yes, they will entice you with all sorts of tempting offers, but if you stick it out you don’t need them.

I was absolutely hooked on this game until I had to delete the app. My progress was saved on my cloud and Facebook. When I redownloaded the game I selected the option to recover my data and it sent me back to the pilot. I still have all of my all friends but none of my gems or progress or money. This is upsetting, I was past level 890. Please restore my progress.

This is a good game, but I’m 3 storylines in and the third storyline is about and angry chef that looks tan (maybe black, I don’t know). Slowly doing the makeover I see she has an angry face and a “tight updo” as well as an “attitude”. I am South African so this does not bother me but all in all representation matters. We have seen on TV that there is this narrative of an angry black woman and this storyline feeds into that narrative. It’s unfortunate that even in games we see such anti-black narratives. Developers please modify this storyline. Thank you.

Great game, very entertaining until the rounds just get so difficult, that it leaves you with no option but quit. It was fun for a while, but then clearly you have to spend lots of money to keep playing, there is no way of passing through the rounds, would like to have played for longer...

Ridiculous
I love puzzle games and this was such a fun game to start with, then the levels get ridiculously hard using all lives and not passing as the moves are so little. When you finally make it, you get 300 coins, but you need 900 to do one little thing in the makeover. So it takes 5 days to finally get through 3 puzzles so you can make 1 alteration. About to delete the game. Not worth spending money, as it only gives gems that you can buy extra lives with to keep on struggling to pass the puzzle. I’m not paying for more frustration!

Frustrating to play
It’s a well put together game with nice designs, makeover options. It can become tedious with the match mini-game levels needed to play in order to get money. If I wanted to download a matching gem game, I would have downloaded that. There should be more options in the beginning. Women don’t need makeup or high-heels to look good.

I absolutely loved playing this, but the levels become frustratingly difficult and it ruins the experience. I wanted to put up with it but taking days to pass a single level is more irritating than it is enjoyable.

Need to pay to win
When I started the game it was so much fun.
But as you progress, you need to pay more money to advance. Been stuck on level 249 for over two weeks and had to purchase extra gems over 8 times which didn't even help.
The levels get harder and harder but your rewards stay the same and the amount of gold you spend on doing the makeover is insane. You struggle for days up to more than a week only to upgrade a lamp.
I dont mind spending money for an occasional bump in gems, but it is ridiculous.
Definitely wont be continuing to play and put more money into the game developers pockets as they only seem to care about the amount of money they can make and definitely not about the people playing this game.

I suggest that with the cash that we earn each and every round, let us be able to buy lives or more stones with it. The waiting period that we wait to regain the lives is demotivating. Please do something about that, the just just becomes boring when you’ve waited for too long. Please do something, or give us unlimited lives for at least 15/30 minutes.

Daylight robbery. Absolutely loved this game. Immediately got hooked and addicted. Spent so much money on in game purchased. Then started getting problems with purchases. I would buy a package and not get free 1 hour game play. Messaged developers and last reply was it's a limited time offer. I'm sorry but it was not an offer. If you pay for it it's a purchase and not an offer. Be careful. All good when you spend hundreds of dollars / thousands of rands. But ask for support when payment doesn't deliver purchase and all you get is a 🤷♂️

I enjoyed the first few levels, but when you get to the third challenge and you have to spend 300 coins on something as simple as taking off some shoes, it’s ridiculous. Especially consider that you only get that many coins from a level, no matter how hard it was.

This is an outstanding game, love it, but there’s just one thing: there are SO many outfits for girl managers, but so little for guys. I mean, we want to customise more too. I know this could be hard work, but I would really appreciate it if there were more outfits for the guys. Other than that, amazing game, can’t stop playing it.

Visually amazing and stimulating but found myself with thousands of cash and nowhere to spend it while coins were getting ridiculous to get. Perhaps make the makeovers require less coins. And at intervals allow cash to be converted into coins. Would stay but gonna delete. Too frustrating.

Love the game but...
The levels gets to hard for the amount of moves you have and then when you finally get through the difficult level, you still get the same amount of money. Not cool. At this stage I have been struggling for a while now to get through 1 level. I am still deciding whether or not I must give up on this game. Extremely difficult stages does not make this game fun. Yes, to try it twice or three times is fine, but not 50 times!

I absolutely love this game but the levels get really hard and they don’t give off a lot of coins to the point where you would have to play over and over again just to buy one item. If they could just increase the amount of coins you get in a level that would be a lot better.

This was really one of my favorite games ! I played it the whole time until it got to the point where the levels are impossible to win .

Good game but
The game is good but the levels start to get ridiculously difficult and you get cheated out of the full benefit of the boosters, plenty of times you should win with the a combination of two boosters and hitting another one and then they don’t take out tiles like they are supposed to and you are forced to replay the level. Also winning boosters at the start of a game is almost nonexistent unless you buy them. Would be a good game but already frustrated and about to delete.

Very nice game, I have no issue with playing a game that’s difficult but you should not make it impossible to pass a level. It’s not fun of we are forced to spend money.

Amazing game but
I love this game and love the designs and makeovers completely. BUT the levels get ridiculously hard. The amount of moves you have is sometimes impossible to pass the level for how many objects you need to collect. I’ve been trying to pass a level for days and get to the point where I don’t want to play the game because of it. This is my only issue and if it can be resolved then the game will be PERFECT!

As you go along items for makeovers get more expensive, but the games to get the coins to do makeovers is distracting as it doesn’t matter what level you on or what game you playing the rewards for coins is only 300... so it takes forever to do anything. Have tons of notes money but I can’t use them for anything except change my profile. Needs work.

The game claims to be a makeover game, however you need to earn coins to do the makeovers. The earning of the coins is not easy and takes more time than making over anything. One game earns approx 300 coins and the further you progress you need more coins I.e 900 coins, if I wanted to play match the item type games would have downloaded those games. Not impressed

They make the game hard so you have to spend money.
Deliberately gives you little moves so you have to pay for diamonds and power ups. It’s sad that such a lovely game concept is ruined because part of it is designed simply to get players to constantly spend money. Compared to other puzzle games within the same idea, this has been the worst puzzle game. You can find yourself stuck on one level for an entire week regardless of if you use or don’t make use of power ups. The game sticks to the same number of moves regardless of level or difficulties. The game is less about makeovers/ renovating and more about the puzzles and users making in app purchases just to finish one puzzle game that’s only worth 300 coins. When an entire project can be more than 5000 coins.

Stuck on level 36
I’ve just started pretty much on my second makeover and have had to play 35 levels to get enough coins and I’m not even done with him yet. Oh don’t mind the levels but I have been stuck on level 36 for 2 days now and I’ve played it at least 20 times - the levels don’t have to be that hard - not even candy crush is that hard

Quit the game when levels became unrealistically difficult
I enjoyed the game, but the levels got unrealistically hard after level 100 and I’ve stopped playing because taking almost a week to clear a level gets too frustrating. I also couldn’t load more gems as the game always hung when I tried to buy more gems. It’s a pity because I did enjoy playing.
