Not as effective and efficient

Bought the watch a few months ago. My weather has never shown. The steps have been inaccurate. The watch no longer registers all the stats for example when I check my blood pressure while wearing the watch, it says the watch is not worn. I’ve reset and restarted it a million times but nothing has worked. I might as well throw it away at this point

Watch not syncing with app

From reading other reviews it doesn’t seem like one gets a feedback, but here goes! My watch doesn’t sync with the app. Does the app need updating to fix issues? What is the problem. I have reinstalled the app, it makes no difference.

Not a great app

This app is no good, doesn’t work with my PA86 Polaroid watch. My watch worked perfect with the Polaroid Fit app with has now been removed.

I can’t receive message on my watch and I can’t update the location and also the weather. Not sure if this is a software issue on IOS but I did check the requirements I’m using the latest IOS

Some features not Working

The weather features does not search, so I can’t use the weather feature that was a huge bonus for me when i bought the watch, i can’t set the do not disturb to any PM time as it automatically change to AM, i basically can only check the time and some steps and vitals, rest doesn’t work and not sure if this will even get fixed anytime soon, looks like they only do updates yearly

The function app doesn’t work so I can’t adjust the menu to see which app I want to see first. There is no weather function. My calls don’t come in sometimes and you can’t edit or see the running app

I just got the watch today and I have an iPhone and I can’t get the weather service to work at all, I’ve deleted the app, forgotten the device and then reconnected it and it still won’t work🤷🏽‍♀️

Poor experience

Possible fixes

Hi- i love this watch but would like something in the function option as well as see the emojis instead of ?? When i get a message. Also would like to adjust the amount of time you can look at the screen before it fades please. And finally i just have a few issues with the weather- not sure if its bugged but just shows “tomorrow 15-2°” constantly.

Hi the what it’s awesome absolutely love it

Would like more features like gym option and definitely more watch faces but all in all it’s a brilliant watch please just bring out more faces😋

Notification bug

Over all the watch does everything I excepted it to do. For the price you pay I would definitely recommend the watch for anyone who is not to bothered with the lack of GPS functionality built into the watch.

However one flaw I have encountered is with the notifications settings. All notifications are switched off as I didn’t want that option but my emails still come through. Please include this function in the next app update.

Doesn’t sync my activities and time with my IPhone

This in the 2nd month of using the watch and it doesn’t sync my activities and time to my iPhone, time is now incorrect. Really frustrating

No Sync with iPhone 📱

It doesn’t sync with iPhone. Time is wrong everyday. Tried everything. Even reinstalling. 😡😡 I have since bought a watch what is never on time and does not sync with the app on my phone. Sent a Facebook message and there has been no response since. I’m not happy with this Polaroid products. Money wasted 😡

Whatsapp Calls missed

The watch does not register whatsapp calls as a call and there isn't any function to set in the app except for the general app notifications. I am missing all my whatsapp calls. My Iphone register it as a phone call.
