Although a paid app it doesn’t work I downloaded it in the en of 2025 when the saps database was down and the app worked when it was down ,now that Saps is working again the app just closes when I open it unfortunately it feels like Ive waisted the money for an app that haven’t updated in years!!

This app has a serious bug problem. Every time I try load an application or click into an application, the app crashes. I find that when choosing a section on a new application that the app freezes.

Definitely a great app but for the last 2weeks everytime i go into the app and select my firearm the app crashes and i tried deleting the app and reinstalled but still not working. I paid for the app but its not working if that could be fixed great app overall

Was Fantastic

Used to be fantastic and paid for this during the original Beta stages but seems no upgrades or new developments have been done. App crashes as I open it, freezes when trying to load new applications after the application date and just not useful anymore. Rather remove it if you aren’t going to maintain it.

Problematic App

Had the app a while now. Keeps crashing so I uninstall and re-install. Shows no data, cannot track the applications and even when I have approved applications i have to manually approve it. For a paid app this is not good and it certainly is not up to date.

Lekker program!

I have been using your app before to track my applications and it worked great. I have now added new applications and it seems that SAPS has changed something. On the flash link it seems to ask for reference and serial number only. Using this method returns results on the site.

I think this is why mine is crashing as I only entered my ID and application number.

So now when I load the app, the SAPS website status changes from offline to online and then crashes a few seconds later.

Disappointed

This app is not very helpful. It does not provide visibility into the steps of the application process as it progresses, nor does it show any estimated dates for completion. There’s no way to track the progress of my application, which makes it frustrating and uninformative. I expected much more from this app, especially in terms of transparency and user-friendliness. Very disappointing.

This is by far the best gun licensing app but when can we get push notifications to notify once a status changes on a application or notifications when your license will expire.

I would like to able to disable the gun sound when opening a application, also push notifications would awesome, but I understand that you are not using an API to retrieve the data so having push notifications would be difficult.

Only gripeI have, when i click on my application to see the status, it makes a gun cocking sound, which pauses my music. Also i prefer not having the sound play out loud in general.

I have 4 firearms loaded. It works well of 3 of them when I select the 4th firearm the app crashes without any error.

I have loaded all with ID number and serial number.

Other than the crash the app works well.

Some missing features, but works well

1. The app really needs an option to edit an existing entry without having to delete and add the entry again. It should be quite simple to add? 2. Is there a way to “bulk update” all of the entries at once without having to open each one separately? Otherwise the app works as it should, obviously heavily dependent on the speed and availability of the SAPS website which might make people think it’s the app’s performance.

Crash after submitting a new request

The app works well, only issue I’ve experienced was when adding a new request, when I press save, the app will crash. Fortunately it still saves the info so when I reopen the app, the application info is displayed.
