You can control many of your MINI’s functions with your smartphone. The new MINI App is the successor of the MINI Connected App with a new, modern design and intuitive, simplified user interaction as well as improved performance. With the MINI app, you can conveniently check the vehicle status, activate the climatisation system or plan your next trip.
Thanks to the three menu tabs, you always have access to all relevant MINI app functions:
• Vehicle: versatile remote control functions and all important status information about your MINI at a glance, especially also for electric MINI vehicles
• Map: search for and send destinations, fuel and charging stations as well as car parks directly to the navigation system
• Profile: your personal settings and information from the world of MINI

CONTROL AND LOCATE YOUR MINI
The MINI App shows you all important information about your vehicle at a glance, such as the fuel tank capacity and the current range of your MINI. Accordingly, for electric vehicles, you can see the current electric range as well as the battery charge. Are all windows and doors closed? Is your MINI in a drive-ready state, are the tyre inflation pressure and oil level correct? Then MINI App will show “ALL GOOD”. Have you forgotten to lock the doors or would you like to activate the climatisation system in your MINI before setting off? With the MINI app, you can easily lock and unlock the doors or activate climatisation at any time and thus conveniently control the core functions from your smartphone. Do you no longer remember where you parked your MINI? The MINI App knows exactly where your MINI is.
PLAN YOUR NEXT TRIP
The MINI App supports you in planning trips. The integrated search function makes it easy to find destinations and send them directly from the app to the in-car navigation system. It is also possible to send destinations from third-party apps. You can also find car park opening hours and prices, and the map in the MINI App shows the current traffic situation. When driving a MINI Plug-in Hybrid or fully electric MINI vehicle, the electric range is also displayed so that you know whether you need to charge your vehicle battery on the go. In this case, you can also use the MINI App to find the nearest charging station on the map.

When is the next service due? The MINI App reminds you of the next service appointment in good time and also finds the nearest workshop for you. You can easily book the appointment by phone or with your app. MINI Roadside Assistance is also available in the app in the event of problems with the vehicle. At the wheel of your MINI you can use Amazon's Alexa* voice assistant just as conveniently as you would at home. For this purpose, connect your Amazon account to your MINI account in the MINI App.
Download MINI App to make full use of the digital features of your MINI. All the important information about your MINI can be accessed on your smartphone at any time and from anywhere.

the MINI App is only supported by vehicles that were built after March 2018 and have the ConnectedDrive Services optional equipment in combination with a compatible smartphone. The Remote Services optional equipment is required for an optimum app experience. The availability of app functions may vary from country to country.

What's New in Version 1.3.2
Thank you for your feedback! Our team is working intensively on further improving the MINI App. We have fixed bugs and added two new features with this release (depending on the individual vehicle configuration and availability in the relevant country):
- Climate timer: specify exact times at which the vehicle is to activate cooling or heating climatisation for the trip. The function is now also available for vehicles with combustion engines.
- Charging plan: information on the current charging process, such as charging status, charging start and duration, range, pre-climatisation and charging time window.
- Charging station filter: add filters to make it easier to find suitable charging stations (MINI Charging, AC/DC compatibility, quick charging).
- Amazon Alexa*: use the Amazon Alexa digital assistant in the vehicle. The function is now also available for further vehicle generations.
