Description
VISITME Plus gives you access to the only cost-effective Visitor Management Solution. Our solution has no costs to the HOA to prebook Visitors and we ensured our systems are PoPIA compliant.
The FREE user-friendly app offer resident’s safety features such as biometric sign on/facial recognition or pin code access to ensure all data is secure. The VISITME plus App allows prebooking for once off or group bookings by requesting a PIN code that is generated for such access. These PIN codes can be shared via WhatsApp, SMS or email. The visitor will receive an interactive link that will navigate them directly to the predetermine destination. Resident will be notified of visitors entering and exiting the site. All notifications are stored within the app with basic personal information like name, surname and photo of the visitor. The user of the App can furthermore setup various categories of visitors including contractors and deliveries.

Worst company ever
If you ever decide to get a biometric company to do your estate , complex or whatever the case may be , be sure to NEVER use this company . My fingerprint disappears several times a month . Their inability to run a basic database shocks me , this company single handily has 3 brain cells , 2 of them are are sleeping and the other 1 is used to piss it’s customers off by their lack of effort to do anything about problems their company creates
They say they don’t control the biometric access BUT they do , our user profiles are in their database which is linked to the biometric scanner , our user profiles are getting deleted and vanish from the database on a weekly basis because of the inability to control a simple database that can be setup by a high school student.
On top of this mess they call a company , you get logged out of the app every time there is an update and to log back in you are supposed to get an OTP , but I’m sure as you have read by the other reviews they don’t send any, OTPs are imaginary to them , so you have to call and hassle with them to get an OTP….
Shocking company , can’t believe they even allow something like this on the App Store , I can’t wait to have a different provider

Terrible App
In this day and age an app of this low quality should not be allowed on the App Store. Why should I have to call you to get an OTP? Thousands of other app developers have managed to get OTP sending to mobile numbers right, why can’t you?

Does not generate one time pins
App does not send one time pins to phone in order to set up profile. Then there is no way to request the pin be resent.

Doesn’t accept the pin it sent to the phone. Keeps saying invalid.

The visitor type is not showing in the drop down. It’s just got cancel so cannot create a code

Very disappointing - amateurish effort.
Doesn’t store history, pages in app do not scroll. Version on app shows 1.0, on app store its 0.2.4. No way to update or even know if its the right version. Amateur effort.
