It uses science-backed strategies + effective tools and tricks to help you stay in the loop without having to worry about spending too much time on them and without needing to unplug completely.

Super focused mode unlocks extra features to help you make the most of your save time, be productive as possible, be fully present and spend your time authentically, in line with your goals. It offers Focus Timers (like the Pomodoro Timer or Forest Timer), Focus Tracking, Focus Challenges and Gamification to improve motivation and make focus super easy.
