The previous version was great and really easy to use when selecting a language etc. this was 5 stars but now sorry it’s 2 only because of the format

It would be PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT TO HAVE ‚SMALL‘ LANGUAGES AVAILABLE TO ASSIST THE UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OTHER IN COUNTRIES WHERE MANY CITIZENS DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE OF OTHER CITIZENS (EXAMPLE SOUTH AFRICA WITH 9 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES!)

BUT THEY DEMAND FULL REGISTRATION BEFORE TEST-TRANSLATING TEXTS!

Recently Chinese translations have not been good
The app worked perfectly well until about 4months ago after an update. English to Chinese and Chinese to English translations have been inaccurate. It even ignores some sentences completely form English to Chinese.

This app has 31 languages only for reference there are seven thousand languages in the world would not recommend. Google trans late is much better

Works like a jet
I've tried multiple translator apps to assist my learning of a new language, and Deepl is by far my favourite. One of the best features for me is the option to pronounce text for both the original/input text and the translated/output text.

Reliable translations
Easy to use translations, tried English to French, Polish and Portuguese so far with good accuracy. Ctrl CC option for fast activation is excellent way to translate quickly
