This is a terrible application designed by idiots who have no regard for students who require their money as a living allowance . The app always has login problems and I assume ezaga is probably a way in which the government can steal money from NSFAS . Could not access my app for months
This is the worst banking app ever, I forgot my password, couldn’t retrieve it for months. These people don’t answe their phone when you need assistance. I still have money stuck in my accounts. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!

I recieved my funds a few days ago and transferred, but didn’t recieve a proof of payment, or any recording of it in the transaction. Till now I have not received my money. I am hungry and have only been eating pap with salt, when I was supposed to buy groceries. I’ve tried emailing them countless, messaging them on WhatsApp, Facebook and instagram, but still. They insisted that they fixed the app, but I still see no record of my money being returned to me. I plead with you. I have nothing left except for Nsfas, but still nothing.
