Worst service ever!
Don’t sign up if you’re going to want to cancel. I’ve had my tracker for 7 years, no claims. I’ve been wanting to cancel since July 2025 when I sold the car, no response, nothing. They keep deducting money and sending statements while not responding to my cancellation emails. Calling is equally useless. Bad 👎

Poor/ nonexistent service
I doubt this is legitimate. It was fast for them to convince me to move to them. But it has been a gruesome experience. They never reply any of my emails and calls are never returned. I sent them a cancellation email and they still continue to collect the debit. Each month I have to reverse their debit and they keep piling me with statements. I regret the day I crossed paths with them.

Apparently they had said the new app is better but unfortunately it’s sooo terrible, when you view the location of your car it’s sooo delayed by a good 30 minutes. Actually I’m so frustrated with Matrix I want to cancel, on my app it shows my unit is down I called the customer service and received poor customer service very unprofessional

Ivd been been using the app for past 3 years, now after this update, i cant track on my vehicles, it doesn’t locate it on view trips, “failure to view trips”… im worried because i can no longer track my drivers

Absolutely pathetique - zero stars would be better
Most of my Trips appear as “0 street” and I have absolutely no idea where to start from scratch. The app doesn’t allow me to change just one starting or end point. The developers never come back to my numerous emails. Customer care doesn’t come back to me either. Keep getting ticket numbers for my queries but nothing further. No updates for this app????? Really … you can do better. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGH PENALTIES IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL.

Old version has been showing my car as being at the car wash. Since Saturday the car has been shows as being at the car wash. For the past two days, the location would say “loading, please wait” so I deleted the app to redownloaded, only to get this new version. The login screen has been showing “please wait” since I downloaded it thirty minutes ago. If I can’t track my own car, then how do I even know I’m paying for a service that is even working? I’m contemplating cancelling.

Vehicle does not track unless I am personally in the vehicle with my cellphone.
Roadside assist button on remote does not render any type of response.
Can you please assist with the testing of my units, the first one says that the device is fine but the second one says that the device has not responded.
I’ve contacted the company previously to no avail. 1 star from me.

Thought the WhatsApp process was smooth, easy and intuitive. Registration was quick on the app and nice simple yet secure experience.

The App takes forever to load after login.
Even if you selct a function on the app it takes forever to load or even if it loads it get stuck on the selected function.
This is extremely frustrating and not user friendly.
Please make changes or upgrade some functions to work quicker and more user friendly.

Not a great app, also questioning the ability to track my vehicle when it has been stolen. I get geofence entry notifications 2 day later. So my vehicle will be across the border already before being notified. The app also crashed every time and the favorites function don’t work. The web site works much better.

Thanks for the new app , but
I’ve been using Matrix for a few years now it’s been able to help me with tracking my vehicles. The old app was ok but not great. One issue I had was to have to go onto a desktop and use the browser to get past trips. This option is available on the app but it has never worked. You would select View trip , click on the trip you needed then the app would attempt to show you the trip then crash. It happens on all my devices. The new app is “slightly” better now it says please wait and then continues to show you the list of trips. This is on wifi or mobile data ,doesn’t really matter. I would have thought this would have been fixed with your new app. 2/5 for now till this has been resolved. And yes I have contacted you guys about this before and you told me to send you a detailed description, come on how much more detail do you need?
