Love/ Frustration
So I absolutely love the game, love the fact we can chat on “monopoly chat”
My only frustration is I only have about 22 stickers to go to complete the entire pack, but there is no way to get these stickers. Certain ones you can’t trade, everytime I get the storybook

Dice Roll Reset
It’s a great game, but why does the dice roll reset from where I last left it? For instance, I’d be on x100 and play until I have 150 rolls left, normally it would stay on x100 until I either have less than 100 rolls left or the High Rolls comes into play, but even when that’s not the case I’d be on x100 with 400 rolls and when I get to 200 the x100 goes automatically goes away and I’m taken down to x10. I don’t know if I’m making sense

Feedback on Monetisation, Accessibility, and Player Experience
Monopoly has always been a fun and engaging game, and that’s exactly why it’s disappointing to see how the experience has changed recently.
It feels like the game has become overly hyper-fixated on monetisation to the point where core enjoyment is being compromised. In the past, it was possible to complete an album or make meaningful progress without having to spend money. Now, it feels almost impossible to do so unless you make frequent purchases. This raises an important question: are players who can’t afford to spend money simply never meant to fully enjoy the game—unlocking new tokens, earning dice, or completing albums?
Another major issue is sticker trading. The game promotes ideas like “roll, build, dream, and scheme,” yet there is no effective in-app system to trade stickers. Players are pushed toward Facebook groups, Discord servers, or third-party apps just to participate in a core mechanic of the game. Not everyone uses these platforms, and for some—like Discord—the experience can be overwhelming and inaccessible. There is a clear opportunity to build an in-app trading system with prompts that match players who have what others need, while still limiting trades to prevent abuse. This would dramatically improve accessibility and fairness.
Time-zone fairness is another concern. Many events, such as Sticker Boom or limited-time bonuses, seem to occur at fixed times that disadvantage players in certain regions. Often, these events happen while I’m asleep, meaning I miss out through no fault of my own. Randomising event timings per user—or rotating them more fairly—would ensure players across different time zones have equal opportunities to benefit.
There is clearly a great game underneath all of this, which is why these issues matter. Right now, it feels like progress is intentionally gated behind paywalls, and that excludes a large portion of your player base. Not everyone can afford to spend money on in-app purchases, and that shouldn’t mean they’re locked out of meaningful enjoyment.
You can do better—and I genuinely hope you choose to. The game has so much potential to be fun, fair, and inclusive again.

Totally disgusted with this game. My dice went up to 800 and 100 dice every hour. Suddenly reduced to 500 and 50 dice per hour. Forcing you to make purchases and taking the enjoyment away from the game. Have to wait a whole day just to play for less than 2 minutes. NOT HAPPY

Suspended for no reason
I’ve been playing quite a while, started spending some money on the game to be able to finish events. All purchases done thru the game. Follow all the rules only use trading groups that is linked in the game app. Got a 3 day suspension in the middle of an event with no reason why. Just a vague message of rule violation. What rule what did I do. Support was no help. Says it will take up to 48 hours for an answer. So i just have to lose my event know. Ridiculous seriously considering to uninstall. Scopely needs to do better.

The game is fun, definitely love the improvements and mini games instead of it being the same thing over and over again but can’t the ads every time you open up the game be removed? Thieves that manipulate the game
They manipulate the game so you must purchase dices and stickers to complete the album. With 3 days to go and left with only 2 gold stickers to get, after completing my weekly daily wins, I’m supposed to get a purple pack that could of got me the stickers, they block my last daily win.
When you complain, they ban you from the chats.
Now there is nothing I can do but give up this game.

Rigged AF, forces micro transactions down your throat.
I did some research and every single challenge within the game uses an extremely smart algorithm to rig the game so that you almost finish challenges but just before you can either complete it or win - you need to buy a few more dice.
Now I wouldn’t mind buying dice if it didn’t cost me the same amount as my weekly grocery run!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very furious with this game. I have been playing it for over 2 years and have not won one event. At one where you have 4 partners you have to open the boxes I got 3 opened and the last one was full till the top and it never opened. It’s a very nice game but when they keep doing this you see how corrupt and after money they are. The game has become worse I’ve been playing for a year and a half going onto 2 years the game used to be great with guaranteed gold packs and less duplicates but with each update they introduce something that is unnecessary and something that is no helpful, the game gives out too many duplicates making it impossible to finish the album, and at times players might be excluded from certain games resulting in them not getting certain rewards that are crucial for game progress.

It’s fun for a while, but if you’re looking for a reason to pull out your hair this is the game for you. The rewards are not worth the effort, gold stickers are near impossible to complete with not enough opportunities or dice even after spending more money than I should have. So frustrated
After a few months of playing this game i’m frustrated and disappointed. I’m downloading other games and genuinely considering deleting monopoly. Once you reach higher levels it’s so difficult to do ANYTHING. I have spent A LOT of money on this game just to not come anywhere!!! It’s so annoying. Currently 3 golden stickers away from completing my sticker album and there are only 11 days left. No luck in golden blitz. Have opened countless of sticker packs with no luck. Bought sticker packs no luck. I’m SO OVER IT !! I loved this game until I realized that you need a separate budget for it otherwise you are just going to be stagnant.

The game is no longer what it was
This is such a great, well developed game. HOWEVER, It started out as so much fun with a great community, great enjoyment in playing and progressing, fast forward a year and now that they have their loyal players, they’ve sadly now strategically developed the game in such a way that unless you’re willing to pay huge amounts of money for their in game purchases, they punish you impossibly and make progress to continue playing optimally a futile mission. Very sad to see a good game lost to greed.

Unballanced Pay2win
If u are not interested in micro transactions to play a game know u will constantly hit limits.
Limits in amount of plays per day (dices)
Limits in competing in events (various mini games that uses their own “currency” which u get by playing with dice multipliers)
Limits in collectables the system seems to be artificially restricting the availability of collectables closer to the end of events u get
A 40 + day event to collect cards 180 or so cards and no possible way to swop certain cards due to “gold” restrictions.
Meh.
The game play is fairly repetitive which is a great mind numb which i enjoy instead of doomscrolling. But some days the limitations hit u hard and u are left with less than 10 mins worth of plays for the day due to long regeneration time.
Personally ill play on and off to see if i can catch up with a friend due to some fun rivalry and im assuming once that happens … it might never be opened again.

Game isn’t fun anymore. Support don’t care. They mess up and think their compensation is enough when it’s not. They grew too quickly. Once I finish my album I’m deleting my app. This game has lost the fun it had when I first started. It’s rigged. If you don’t buy dice you are not getting anywhere. And as you can see by the developer’s response to my review, this is exactly what we get from support. Just thanks but not actually reading your review attitude. And no you didn’t give compensation that matches what we actually lost! I lost out on 5000 dice and a purple pack. Even though I would’ve finished.

Unfair game
Slowly getting over this game. I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now and I can say that it started great but is becoming horrible. Getting the necessary stickers is getting difficult mainly because all you get are 1-3 star stickers all the times. It’s rare to get a 4/5 star stickers and you can’t trade anything for these cause you either get scammed or have to pay for a sticker from someone that’s got an extra. I’ve been giving away stickers to those who need so I can delete the game and find a better one. This game needs to do better for other people who enjoy the game, soon no on will want to play. We both played but only I got the gift and my friend didn’t even though it showed that out challenge we complete. It’s quite disappointing that monopoly is going down. The challenges are becoming more difficult. Even nowadays they’re not giving new cards and keep repeating the same ones over and over.
I’m really not enjoying playing this game like I use to before. Monopoly please do something better 💔💔💔

Game Rigged
This game gets you hooked in the beginning however after a while it becomes monotonous and definitely rigged, you never get the finish the sticker albums unless you a programmer and have the skills to cheat sheets but other than that quite mediocre game, and not worth your precious time, rather invest in a game that is not worthless and that it’s not rigged to trick you to pay for dice or stickers. Customer service is a nightmare too, they take 2weeks for ever service request logged and you almost never get reimbursed or reward for glitches or missing items.

Glitch in partner event
Customer care has made this off as fixed which is not the case. They reimbursed only a few players with drums and said it only affected “a minimal percentage” of players that is not true. Makes you think that this is how it usually works and this time around we were to smart for them and noticed.
We have been complaining about the tokens not jumping the exact amount the dice roll and thats also just swept under the rug. Customer care wants us to play fair and honest yet thats the last thing this game is…

Could be more fun
This game is fun. I like seeing the money in the account grow.
The game would be more fun if you have mini games to earn the dice. It takes a long time for a decent amount of dice to accumulate without using real world money. Not fair to casual gamers like myself. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy the game so much just wish there was a way we can earn more dice to we can play longer. Also the little event icons around the screen is soo much making it look too busy. A drop down menu would do the same thing. People will see it.

The game is quite addictive in a fun and enjoyable way which comes at a financial cost and psychological stress as well
The game is all about having dice and the developers of the game dictate the input and output of the dice used versus the dice dice received, that is your net return by win is way less than usage although there are are other type of winnings along the way (but not meaningful)
It is always a struggle day in day out to survive and that to on very little and I say this after having spend a fair amount on dice(think buying is not an option for me anymore)
Monopoly reminds me much of the casino slot machines where the winnings favour the house and it is the same here and the developers need to look at way to reward users so that they stay on
Game is good it can test your patience and eventually when that runs out then it’s game over for me

Great game, revamp the sticker trading
Love the game, fully addicted.
Why don’t you make a sticker trading system on the app, sort of like a marketplace where players can only trade cards on instead of Facebook and other methods. People take advantage and scam each other on the Facebook trading page. The exchange system helps but it still doesn’t solve the problem if players need 5 cards to give you a 5 star card as 5 exchanges are complicated to do.

Total lack of care and interest by customer support
There was a serious game glitch at the start of the new sticker sets 6 days ago. I have logged 4 support tickets and Scopely do not even have the decency to reply to me or to help fix the issue. If I could have given this 0 stars I would have.
To the developer, I have logged an in game ticket. But support are not getting back to me. I lost 58 brand new stickers (plus gold ones) and used over 5000 dice to get stickers from the top tournament and side tournament. You reset my sticker count to zero and I had to start all over again.
Support replied with 150 dice and 2 pink sticker packs. How is that fair compensation for the loss mentioned above????

Love the game.
Love Monopoly Go! Get to connect with people all over the world. It’s just disappointing 😔when you are trying to gain points for the partners to level up and waste over 500 dice 🎲 to only gain 20 points out of it. It’s so frustrating it’s like you guys don’t want us to win at anything. Not everyone can just afford to sit and buy dice 🎲. Its suppose be fun not frustrating.
Can I also propose that you increase the number of sends? Giving people chance to trade more stickers among friends. Some of us have created large groups in order to trade and it’s not possible when there is only 5 sends a day.

Game is not as fun as it used to be
I know so many people that are deleting the game for the same reasons as the following: I’m at a level where I keep on getting repeat boards, the daily rewards and tournaments are no longer worth it, you always losing more dices than getting any back and I don’t know why they make getting the cards to complete the album so hard, I login every day and if I didn’t trade with anyone I wouldn’t of completed my album. They are making the game not fun anymore, which is a shame. I will update the rating if the game improves

Overall opinion
I honestly think this game is great and i have become so addicted to it! However there are a few issues with the game. When it comes to this game, in order for you to win at events you have to buy your way into the game. I do not think it’s fair that you have to spend so much and get so little in return. I also find with events it is incredibly hard to get points for events. Example: The partner friend challenges, it is impossible to get pieces of the given event around the board, and when you do get and you take a spin you get little in return. The recent event now with puzzle pieces, i spinned x30 which is 600 puzzle pieces and i landed on such a low number. This game has a lot of potential but i truly think that they need to make it more fair for everyone and stop making things so hard, and stop making people buy there way into the game, it really isn’t fair! If this continues i would not recommend this game😢

Really Bad Game!
I have been playing quite a while now and I am currently on level 5 800. So it’s fair to say I have made good progress in this game, However the higher you go in the game the harder it gets to do anything or get anything done. The rewards are small and you barely receive any. The daily free gifts are worthless, you get 25 dice if you lucky and you can’t do anything with that amount of dice because the rewards are so small. You end up rolling out 1000 dice just to get 100 dice in return. Thats not even talking about the events. You have to collect cards in a certain time frame to receive one big reward, Trust me…they don’t give you any of the cards that you need to complete the album and 99.9 % of the time they give you cards that you already have and don't need. No matter how hard you play this game and no matter how much effort or money you put in, they don’t care and they won’t reward you at all. I can name more than 30 people in my contacts and on my social that used to play this game, However they stopped because of the above mentioned and they only bad mouth this game. I now am joining those people and I won’t play this game anymore(It’s a waste of time)and I wont refer or invite anyone or even suggest this game to anyone. This game is like that one problem child in the family that everyone tries to help and guide through life but still that child disappoints. Its a Shame!

Its a great game have been playing for a few months, please think about adding in the chance pack more places to go , like go 3 spaces back, go to jail , go to nearest utility , i tthink it will make the game more fun to add a little bit of that, because honeslty the money i get from a chance card isnt even enough to build anything😂, but yeah think about that please

Great game but issues (error and restart)
This game is amazing. Many of my friends and family are hooked. It’s also a great way to befriend new people. But there are some issues. I can’t build at the moment because there’s an error and restart and it doesn’t save my progress. And yet heists and collecting rent and shutdowns are still working… which means the money I’ve been saving to build is being taken away before I get a chance to build, which the game isn’t allowing me to do right now. It’s quite frustrating. Please fix this or else you will loose many players due to this.

Halloween Glitch
Hi Monopoly Go! Team, is there some kind of glitch happening on the game right now? After updating, as per the instagram story posted yesterday for the “mini game”, my app glitches and provides me with an “error” and restarts itself multiple times. Endless Bugs - save yourself the frustration
Fun game but the endless bugs of unsaved progress and rewards not coming up etc. Coupled with no response after logging issues with support will leave you frustrated. You'd rather just lose the rewards than have to take the time to log a issue that doesn't get dealt with. I always know the exact amount progress I lose or rewards that don't get awarded, Screenshotting after each spin to try keep track of my game should something go awry doesn't seem like a fun time to spend my time.

I absolutely love MonopolyGO it’s so fun, my friends and I have a great time trading stickers and destroying each other’s buildings but I for the past few days I haven’t been able to open monopoly i don’t know what the problem is other than that it’s a lovely game

Excellent game graphics rewards the works … but everytime we get stickers its practically the same stuff all the time and then we aren’t able to finish the pack ,make the stickers more accessible and let us finish the pack faster and reward us with more dices as well 🤝🏼🙌🏻

buying and sticker trading
This game is top tier and super fun to play with friends
I just think that it would be more fun if we could get more dice/ hour or even have dice for less time. The pricing for the dice packs are quite high and it becomes a frustration to play the game.
I also feel that we should be able to trade gold stickers. If we can’t trade gold stickers i feel like we should get a gold sticker every few normal stickers. It’s quite upsetting when you have 13+ of the same sticker but you’re just missing the one gold sticker to complete the pack.
Other than that it’s a great game and ive recommended it to everyone i know.

50 Dice Per Level. 8 Dice Per Hour and Dice Prices
I understand you’re a business that wants to thrive but if you could put greed aside and make dice plus packs more affordable, more people will actually be able to invest money in the game.
However those who cannot invest money, should be rewarded by levelling up and receiving Die based on their level and net worth. A player with 9000 net worth should not be receiving 8 Dice per hour and 50 dice after completing a level.
Make the game more enjoyable by listening to your players and by listening people who have invested a lot of money into this game. At the end of the album, I was expected to invest more to get 1 gold card and guess what? Didn’t complete the album, all because I could not afford the ridiculously priced purple pack last season. Your players are from all different countries, prices should be lowered.
To be clear, I enjoy your game but this is something you should desperately work on, majority of your player base feels the same. Thank you for reading

so disappointing
When I had just started playing , through word of mouth the excitement for the game was immense.
Everything seemed good, rewards, amount of dice, a glitch free game and family friendly fun!
It was not impossible to play the game without in app purchases.
Once it came toward the end of closing the previous set, I began to see a decline in the game. The greediness of traders and scammers , all because people were desperate to complete because MONOPOLY GO was not handing out cards for those of us who did not purchase or were not lucky enough.
Fast forward this set, it was made to spend money. Very little dice , and the horrible glitches. I’ve not received my rewards or chocolates for the tournament multiple times. How can I screenshot after every dice roll ?
Reported this issue and no one got back to me.
What use to be a fun game that had family members calling one another to not shut them down , that brought excitement is no longer doing that.
In the big scheme of things , i get it you’re making money . But some of us genuinely just want to play.

Dice regeneration time
I love the game but could we please have the dice regeneration changed from every 1 hour to at least every 20-30 minutes. This will really help the players a lot and will allow for people to enjoy the game and play more often.
I know a lot of friends that are deleting the game solely because of the waiting time for dice. So this will really help by keeping your audience eager to play more often if the dice regeneration time was reduced 🙏🏽

Worst app ever
I have now been caught twice. I buy I offer and the first time I was charged for 3. Only received the rewards of the first offer.
Today, I tried my luck again and ordered 1 offer of which I received the rewards but was yet again charged for another offer that I did not receive.

Lack of support
You spend so much time and money on this game, only for support to not help you get your game progress back. I have contacted support through the in app support, I’ve sent emails, all I get are generic responses! I’ve been playing with my facebook account since the beginning but still can’t get my progress back! Also, the new album is really not motivating, same amount of time, money and effort for less rewards. I think greed is getting to the developers head.

Every time there is a spin to get rewards the game freezes, there is no spin that gives you 5star cards which prevents you from completing sticker packs, people are trading stickers for money on certain platform but are sitting with completed packs and extra 5star stickers

Good but some glitches
Dear Devs. This is a good entertaining game. It is addictive. However I have seen I’ve missed it on 750 rolls everytime. Once I’ve collected the required amount of whatever, I am supposed to get my 750 rolls but it just doesn’t get loaded onto my rolls. Please could you look into it? I’ve heard of other users too who have had the same issue. Other than that it is good. Fix that problem and you’ll get 5 stars

Broken game mechanics
Inapp purchases are ridiculously priced Too expensive for a few dice that you can wait a whole day for it gets more forcing into pay and win further you go they throttle you for rolls and dice rolls take too long to recover forcing you to spend a lot of money on the game for too little rolls it makes the game almost impossible to play it gets two stars for no ads but terrible mechanics the sticker system is just repetitive after about 8 complete sets odds are ridiculous

Gold stickers
The amount of time the game takes to actually give you the gold stickers you need is beyond me. You contact customer support and don’t get any feedback even after their turnaround time. Meanwhile many people have duplicate gold cards of what I need. So unfair ! They just keep giving me duplicate gold cards I don’t need. Don’t even get to enjoy the game anymore.

Too many bugs
I’ve enjoyed this game thorough up until recently. It seems a lot is no longer working properly, gifts and prizes are NOT received when upgrading landmarks. Megaheists only work once within an hour time frame and the cards are all the same - I have not received a new one in about 5/6 new levels which is odd.

I love the game. It’s highly addictive and competitive. There has been a recent issue that my buddies and I are encountering where the game loads until 30% and then it gives an error or while we’re playing and roll the dice it kicks us out. Might be a server issue but please see into it asap.

Game Stuck on Community Chest
Opened the community chest today and game got stuck there. Close app and reopen goes straight to community chest, cannot move forward or okay the community chest. Very annoying to have the game freeze like this. Uninstalled and installed again. Same issue. Have to delete game I suppose as I cannot move on from that frozen community cheat screen
