My only issue is with the tracking info that is so limited. Otherwise I’m happy with temu, got my parcel in one piece. Ordered on the 8th of March and my parcel on the 25th of March. So if you’re in a hurry you better place your order well in advance. The items I got were ok for the price I paid except for one trouser I bought for my son. Even then TEMU refunded me the money without having to return the item. 1) I ordered over R800 worth of items but did not receive a single thing. Although they offer a R20 credit on subsequent orders for this failure, I’m still R800 out of pocket and nothing to show for it - doubt I will use tbeir R20 credit!

2) I did a second order before delivery of my first order was due because Temu ran a promotion that if you order x amount before a specific date, you receive x number of vouchers/discounts. Only to tell you after checkout and payment that it is only valid for 24 hours!

You choose your gifts and then it starts showing you you’re getting one by one free on the app and then it comes to the last one and it says you need just 10 more energies to get the freebies, just share with friends, so you share and if they open and go through the same gimmick, you get just 1 energy and it just edges and edges which takes forever to fill up. They just want you to share and get as many ppl on their systems as possible. I’d rather shop with Shein and I have many times and family has too, there’s no gimmicks there, just straight forward. Unimpressed. I ordered a few things for the first time about two weeks ago. No problem getting the products into the country, paid the import tax as expected. When it came to delivery, and I have since seen this is a KNOWN problem, Buffalo (the delivery agency they use) will "attempt" to deliver your goods twice by saying they called you and you didn't answer, yet you will receive no call on both attempts. They will then send your parcel back to the warehouse and when you try and rebook the delivery they charge you extra for this delivery. Rinse and repeat. I was home in both days and waiting. My intercom is also connected to my phone and they didn't even attempt to push that button either. This leads me to belive this is some sort of sceme. Rather stay away,

Swimwear is excellent quality and I will definitely buy from them again. I love their underwear as well. Homeway product and do it yourself kits are excellent quality. The wallpapers are bought are beautiful and of excellent quality. I am a bit concerned about the way items are packaged and I have had two items arrive broken. Items are placed in a shipping bag and not necessarily packed in polystyrene to prevent breakage.I really think you can pay a little attention to this. It’s not very convenient to have to send back broken items. Overall I am satisfied with most of the products I bought but I will not recommend buying clothing from them

The company is great but unfortunately I will never use them again because of their delivery partner “Buffalo Courier”. They are completely useless and have no idea what they are doing. I missed a call from the courier as I was on the phone. He phoned once and then left. I called him 5 minutes after the missed call and he does not answer his phone and a week later I’m still trying to get me parcel delivered as they don’t know what they’re doing. If you in South Africa, I suggest you don’t buy from them as you might not receive your parcel. Pity as there prices are good.

I hope with the next update they give you an option to create your own wishlist categories instead of just one long wishlist. I also hope they give you the option to be able to select multiple or all items while editing or deleting on your wishlist. At the moment I have over 100 items in my wishlist which I have to select and delete each one individually when sorting it out. It’s tedious.

i love the app so much it has great items but it cannot ship to south africa, it has to be the cheapest online shopping app with good quality and us in south africa, $1 is 20 of our currency so please we need temu to ship here, i seriously could not be more grateful even if you only read this, thank youu

I am so impressed with this App. There are SO many items to buy and the items go on forever. Most of the items I have purchased have been delivered before the due date. It’s truly addictive and the fact that there are so many discounts really helps during these hard time.
