Code Blue Icon needs update
Excellent reference, but unable to put in decimal places when entering preferred doses for resuscitation drugs in the Code Blue icon (iPhone 8) rendering app calculated doses incorrect with this feature.

Great app, but since iOS8 some issues with display of the home screen icons. Some are not accessible at the moment. Needs to be updated urgently.
