The more maintenance mails I get, the more glitchy the log-on process. LP was good but going south and support appears to not understand the basics of customer engagement. Can no longer recommend LP

Broken Master Password
I LITERALLY just changed my password and it’s still not letting me in and now the reset links I JUST received are invalid/expired. How am I supposed to get my passwords now at a crucial time

Poor customer service -Stay Away!!
I’ve been following up on a query lodged 3 days ago. I’ve sent several emails and no one acknowledged or responded to my query.
When I lodged a new query I was told that the person handling my query is off. I asked if this means that if the previous agent is off sick for weeks, does that mean I’d need to wait for weeks until they are back? The response: yes, that’s correct.
How this company is still in business is beyond me.

Not secure
After last ios update my lastpass just opens without asking for master password. Yes its set to do that. Now i cant even log the bug anywhere after half an hour searching where I can log this. I recommend something else.

Secure, convenient password storage app
I’ve been using LastPass for a few years now and it’s been fantastic. Never any glitches or issues, whether on desktop or app. I trust the data is kept securely and there hasn’t been any breaches in my accounts. Im also impressed by the feature of alerting to duplicate passwords etc, just a good solid app, thanks guys!

New update makes it unsuable
I’m all for a company trying to make a profit and doing things to make their paid options more appealing but I don’t think it’s right to lock previously free features behind a paywall especially this most recent one that makes it so you can only access passwords on one device at a time especially when you have a limited amount of swaps. The vast majority of people need passwords on their phone and computer abs completely restricting users form doing this is extremely frustrating especially when you consider that someone could use all their free swaps, be stuck on their phone and have their phone either broken or stolen thus loosing access to all their accounts. Do yourself a favour and use any other password manager as LastPass doesn’t only not offer anything special at the free level, they have less features than the average password manager.

After the announcement in changes to the free version LastPass functionally will be drastically reduced, forcing one to buy a subscription to get was free for the passed 12 Years.

Premium is a ripoff
The platform is great and works really well, but the company has tripled its price since 2016 with no notification or warning to their clients. It went from $12 per year in 216 to $36 in 2020 with no invoices, statements or notifications sent out. Just have to find out on my credit card statement. Great product with a TERRIBLE business model. Use the Free version but avoid the Subscription like the plague unless you got money to burn.

Great balance between functionality and cost. Being using LastPass now for more than a year. Switched temp to other passw mgrs, but LastPass remains my app of choice!!

Horrendous autofill
The app has issues with autofilling passwords in apps. Using LastPass for autofilling shows a lastpass interface, and a prompt for Touch ID. After Touch ID is accepted, the no autofilling takes place. Tapping on the correct site to autofill does nothing, and eventually the lastpass interface crashes, returning me to the original app, without any password data entered. This essentially renders the app useless for my purposes.

Useless App
There should be detailed backup instructions before setting everything up because if you forget your password due to using fingerprint login... too bad. Goodbye access to everything you have a password saved for because you can never login again. Thanks for nothing and making my life now that much more frustrating!

Safe passwords on hand
Love this app. It’s a real life saver. Although there is a trial period, you can still choose not to upgrade. If you want to share this app on 2 or more devices, then you have to upgrade. I’m only use it on my cellphone and find it very user friendly and safe. I can recommend this app
