Disappointed
I haven’t bee so disappointed in an app as I am in this app. Did the subscription for 7 day,free trial,couldn’t event open any tabs. And can’t even find the songs that I really want to play

Q: Can I create or edit sheet music with this app?
A: Unlike Guitar Pro for Windows and Mac, this app does not let you change the notation in an existing Guitar Pro file, or create sheet music in standard notation. It is however possible to edit a single-track tablature with the NotePad tool and export your work into .gpx and .gp formats to finish your composition in Guitar Pro 6 or 7. Editing a drum track is not available with the NotePad tool.

I paid an amount of money to download the app to find out I need a subscription to get credits to play the song

Like the desktop but simpler
App is great and works well. Feels like a scaled down version of the desktop app.
-1 star for no Dropbox/google drive integration.

Misleading marketing
Its not mentioned that i will still have to register at guitar pro after buying this app to download sheet music. And this costs 75 dollar. Im in south africa. Than equals 40 meals.. I want my money back. This app is very misleading. You cannot do anything unless you buy another app.

Great App!
This is an excellent app which makes tabbing tunes a breeze with its simple design. The only down side is the lack of ability to tab multiple tracks on the same score.

App crashes constantly
The app intermittently crashes when I attempt to work on tabs created in the app. Please look into this as this is a paid for app and I am not happy with it.
Update: I contacted Arobas at the beginning of the year to explain the problems I have been experiencing with the app and to date they still have still not resolved any issues. Do not download this app it is a complete waste of money and clearly the developers have no interest in fixing the bugs. Useless app.

This is just a player!!!! You can't compose
The important thing that they fail to explain, is that you can only read guitar pro files on this. The notepad feature would be good if you could at least add more than one instrument to try out harmonic ideas.
If you hoping to find a Phone app for composing song ideas, don't get fooled like I did. Keep on looking.

Hmmm..
Must say, I'm a guitarist on the move most of the time, and my band writes all the music on guitar pro 6 first to listen to how itl sound before we actually start practising it... And while at work in the studio, a song is completed, they email it to me and I listen to it from my phone... Sooo helpful!
And when your just jamming and you get an idea, you dont need to be close to a computer to tab it...its in your pocket!! Amazing!!

The program is good for reading scores however I was very disappointed that I couldn't write and compose music in it like the guitar pro versions on a computer.
