I hate that theres no categories for game captures, i have to scroll down all individual photos and videos of one game after another, I’ve scrolled 200 items only for the app to shut down and make me start again, honestly I’m tired, how hard is it to categorise captures like you categorise games. Hella lame ngl, typing this made me angry so i downgraded from 3 to 2 stars

Trouble signing in

i was usually using the app when logging in, but today when i went to go log in (last time i played was a month ago because my remotes wasn’t working well) i saw i was completely logged out, it doesn’t approve my password and i usually use that same password, now it’s as if the account exists but i have no clue how to get back in, after a while it told me i can use my date of birth to log in, but everything i type, to log in, it says it’s incorrect

Sign in trouble

I’m trying to sign in and i have the right email, password and i did the verification puzzle perfectly but for some reason after i do the puzzle it just stops. Nothing happens, it just ends up me needing to do the puzzle again and after the puzzle still nothing happens. Please help

Video captures

This app overall is a great app though I wish the video captures either didn’t have a limit or you would be able to download at least 10 minutes of the video captures at a time like if I wanna record a gameplay video and I don’t have a capture card make it able so that the user can record as much as they like and download the entire video now obviously not like couples hours of gameplay as I’m sure a lot of phones won’t have the storage capacity for the videos but make it able we’re we could at least download 10 or 1 hour gameplays at a time

Needs innovation

Let’s be honest it’s a great app but there are great number of features that could be added and are very necessary for this app, I’m sure that are huge chunk of users are on IOS devices do you guys realize the struggle we have just to have our clips on our devices ? It’s almost impossible I tell you, sometimes I wonder if it’s part of you plan to make it this hard, XBOX app allows their users to download their clips directly into their users devices like come on Sony.

Better but...

Large improvement over the original. Not crazy about the overall design and layout but it works. My biggest issue is the annoying as hell notification system.

Whenever any of your friends do something like start a party or send a message to a group you get a notification that doesn't go away until you've gone into the message or party in the app. This is regardless if you've joined the party or viewed the message on your PS.

The overall look and feel is much better compared to the old app. But I don’t receive notifications when I get a message (yes my notifications are turned on) you also can’t zoom in on images you receive in a message. Can’t seem to see the “what’s new feed” any more or I can’t find it? In that case - the app needs a lot of performance improvements as it is not user friendly.

Payment problems

This app is important

This app works very well when you use it to your advantage. Seeing which one of your friends are online before firing up your PS4. And checking if there are any specials on the games you like so you can buy them. And most of all this app give you more room to customize your profile to match your personality. For me I changed it a lot I even have a pink background on my profile, so if anyone comes to visit my profile apart from them seeing how many trophies I have and apart from how much I’m the best at the games I play they also see that I’m a man who likes pink 😂 haha I mean my whole profile background is pink.

So yeah go get this app, it’s worth it

Great app BUT...

I love this app and all, but one thing bugs me a lot... and that is you can’t check your downloads. So instead of logging in each tin to check you downloads I wish you could just view them from the app.
