Sound keeps cutting off
Can you please fix the sound issues. They started after the last update. Sound just keeps cutting off while I’m watching a stream and it’s happening on different streams so it’s not a specific streamer.

3.5 star (no prime renewal)
It would be a five star app if you had prime renewals done in-app. Even if you used a simple in-app browser mechanism or something.
It is thoroughly annoying to have to go to a channel on the app only to find out the sub is lapsed, and then have to do a whole sign in/mfa process, find the channel and subscribe with prime outside the app. This is such an obvious process to have in app. Do the work please.

It’s getting worse on the iPad
Ever since the new layout on tablet versions, it continues to get worse
Let’s forget about the fact that the new design choices are poor. Ever stream I launch now preloads for 10 seconds, only to the buffer and take you back 5 seconds in the live stream you were just watching.
This isn’t a Wi-Fi problem, as I have a 500mb internet line and Wi-Fi speeds of up to 10-15 mbs . . Which was fine on the old version
Which I could have an options for the old version to use again, and you gave user a choice to try the new version?
Understand that you probably are finally getting around to modernisation of your mobile app , but really think this was a poor attempt.
Take it back to the drawing board and try again please, your 20% of the way there and maybe not the 70% you tell your shareholders.
Have faith you could turn this around . . But this alpha version needs to be scrapped and you need to reload at it from the ground up

The new UI is terrible
The app redesign is terrible and all the user feedback was ignored for some reason. Twitch isn’t meant to have a TikTok inspired user interface. I’ve tried to uninstall to revert back to the older version but after a day or two the update kicks in again.

This is a great app indeed . Just wish for us mobile streamers to get an option to stream our face as well on the same adjustable frame . Because using laptops that require us to pay for casting and also not having 2 phones for cameras makes it difficult because no one wants to watch gameplays only they want to interact with us as well and see how they are talking to .

Not been able to log in on this app in ages. It's stuck on some none existent account that won't load user info, can't be signed in and can't be signed out or forgotten. Deleting app and app data does not help either.

Can’t access the people I follow anymore.
I have had this app for roughly a year and I have never experienced a problem with it. Recently Twitch stopped loading everything on the app, I can still access the app but I can’t access the people I follow anymore, I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it hasn’t worked. The app is amazing other than that.

Want to use emotes? No. You can use emotes in one message. And then the emotes button will disappear and evade you until you leave it alone.
Have an Apple ID balance? Want to buy bits with that balance? Nope. Card and PayPal only. “Multiple payment methods”. Suuuuuure.

Twitch Atole my subscription fees
The only reason I subscribed and downloaded twitch, was to watch the Tore Says Show.. I watched it very day for a year, then 3 March Tore Says Show was cancelled and deleted by twitch without informing me that this was happening, the subscription was cancelled for the next debit order due on 13th March 22, well there are 10 days worth of Subscription still owing to me.. and to thousands of the Tore Says subscribers who had the same complaint about Twitch. And cancelling their subs some of the subscribers who are friends of mine had 6 month Subscriptions and are owed at least 2-5 months worth of subscription fees for the tire says show in twitch back.. this is fraud.. either Apple will take this up with the App provider or I will open a case of fraud against twitch in my personal capacity along with at least 6 thousand subscribers

It’s cumbersome
The mobile app is ill equipped, playback is terrible.
My laptop is way better to use the website or whatever. But on mobile it’s terrible and sometimes I need to check a stream quickly and my phone solves that. The app just can’t. Sadly.

Not the same experience.
Why is the app so bad on iPad man. Nothing updates automatically like the viewer count, and chat doesn’t load sometimes. Also the fact that app doesn’t show a loading sign when loading is so annoying and just makes the experience feel off, it is hard to explain. These are small things but make the overall experience so annoying. I’m just gonna stick to the web based version on safari.

I am from Zimbabwe in Africa so sometimes the times are weird and I will be sleeping and if I miss a stream I would like to watch it after but I won’t be able to because the channel is only open to subs which I don’t think is fair but besides that I love the app runs nicely for me

Playback issues
Please fix your playback issues. I can watch a stream on 1080p sometimes but half of the time not even on 160p. Internet speeds are fine so there’s definitely something wrong with the app

Streams get very laggy at times and I have to restart everything and I miss out on good gameplay...sometimes it takes as long as 5 min for the stream to continue and also I pause for a bit and I am 10 seconds behind the stream ( like stream delay ) I know it’s not my WiFi...
