I was in the app, playing for literally 4 hours and I was at almost 10 million points and I just passed 30 thousand coins and then my mom messaged so I left the app for a few seconds to answer , it LEFT the game. I ALMOST BEAT MY HIGH SCORE WHICH IS 11 MILLION POINTS, RU KIDDING ME? 4 hours of my time just gone to waste, l'm so disappointed💔 maybe add a feature

Amazing game but rewards r too little
I really wish we could get more seasonal tokens so we can buy more characters before they are gone. I really struggle getting at least 1 limited character and the only other options are to buy them with real money,but I personally don’t like spending money on games. So please add more ways to get more seasonal tokens.

Wonderful game!!!!
I have been playing this game a long while now. I must say how absolutely incredible it is! Every month there is a new location, and in June (pride month) people like me, with different gender identities and attraction can feel really appreciated! There are so many pride themed characters! As well as so many characters of so many different races, so all people from every where can feel loved 🥰 all of these characters are so colourful and I find myself spending a lot of time every month trying to unlock them.

"I previously wrote a review on how I love the game and the childhood memories it carries but I read on reviews on the racism and stereotypes of the characters. Between the black, white and Asian communities then it had me thinking at first I thought the reviewer was just being overly sensitive but then when I went to take a look at what she was concerned about and made a comparison between all at racies and the description she wrote it then clicked this game is kind of racist and I have had many issues with racism therefore I am deleting this game.

The game is getting too creepy. Players with multiple eyes on the face. Players who have snakes on their heads. I enjoy it but there are too many things that are just off putting and giving in easy feelings. Please be cognisant of the age of your players. Rather have a separate game for creepy monsters. I am considering deleting it for my 13 year old nephew.

This game is amazing on mobile. Adding this on PC and Console will definitely profit the company. It’s a very challenging game when it comes to high scores and showing off all your characters with other players. Add more leaderboards in game for different modes and high scores world wide. Add graphics settings for high end gaming phones and also add costumes to the game. Same character but different costumes with Battle pass and seasons. This game could be so much more. Don’t make the battle pass too expensive.

Spoiled by Ads
This game became so infested with adds, that all the fun has been completely lost in wasted time. I have no problem with adds when I elect to earn something by watching them, but if you must sit and wait for a 60 second add to finish after just about every run (without the option to interrupt it), it’s just plain frustrating. Suggestion: Serve 5 second adds between runs, and keep the irritating old ‘help me’ King adds for when you want to earn something.

There’s too many monthly updates, constantly changing the game theme won’t make the app stay relevant and there’s too many unnecessary game features for example the “tokens” or the other boring stuff you have to hunt. Also we just want the Enhyphen update.

I really like this app and always wait for the new theme so I can update it but whenever I go to the App Store it always doesn’t show the update. This is frustrating as I am therefore days behind in the new theme and can only update it days after the new theme has been released. Please work on fixing this

This is how a free-to-play game should be
The gameplay is fun and addictive and there is always more things to unlock and do. The microtransactions are fair and everything can be unlocked by playing the game. If a character or board can only be unlocked with real money, it’s only a matter of time before the player can unlock it with coins or keys they earn from playing the game. The ads are all optional and the rewards for watching (or having them play while keeping one’s mind occupied by something else for 30 seconds, such as slowly sipping coffee or petting a cat) are more than adequate and don’t feel like they are put there to balance the gameplay. The option to watch ads do appear a lot, but you can simply watch them when your mental health and patience allows you to, so you can enjoy hours of uninterrupted gameplay if that is what you feel like at the time.

I was playing for super runner fresh and then I came out of the game I was soo far in and then when I came back in all my things disappeared all my skins and achievements and that’s not right at all!!! Do not download this game because it doesn’t save your things imagine having all the skins and done so many achievements and then you playing for the last skin and everything disappears and you are left the way you downloaded the game and you have nothing at all !

It’s really fun, it’s probably the only game I play in my free time. However all the boards and some characters are like reallyyyyy expensive, but it’s cool. I can work with some upgrades though like why does the police officer have to chase us when we mistakenly bump into something?

I absolutely love your app and I have for the last 10 years, feeling the developers never fail to outdo themselves -but your advertisements have gotten out of hand. Usually there is an option to exit them but sometimes that option does not work. I feel that offering rewards for the ads was a smart move but having ads lasting 30+ seconds then expecting us to interact with the ad for 15 seconds and then a 10 second option to download it is ridiculous. Waiting a full minute sometimes for no reward is killing your app

Subway surfers is a classic ever since I was you I could remember playing it everyday. It’s fun, addicting and simple. It’s very easy to get used to and I find myself spending hours trying to get a new higher score.
Overall it’s a great game and if you somehow haven’t played it yet definitely try it. I love racing against my family to see who can get to a million points first and every time we’re on a road trip it’s the number 1 game we play.
This game is a 9/10 simple yet challenging. It continues to receive developer support and unlike other mobile games you don’t get bombarded with ads every time you open the game.
Applaud to the developers at Sybo you’ve managed to create an amazing game with an addictive gameplay loop. And thank you for making our childhoods.

one day i went of subway surfers and it erased my whole account! i have been playing it for a while and i had some limited edition characters. i searched online and found that to save it and prevent it from erasing everything you must sign in on a global account. so i restarted it and couldnt find anywhere on subway surfers how to do this. i feel like it should be more accessible.

In this game, you basically choose characters and hoverboards. Then you have to race with the policemen chasing you. I find this game lots of fun!!
Bad:

Suggestion:
How about making it easier to get money. I mean, I know it sounds silly but, still, if you can’t make it easier. Please make the characters less expensive. And... also can you make getting those little spaceships less. With like, a bonus for a week/month where it is less. To keep on playing all day and only get ten spaceships is a little harsh. Ten at the most!!

It’s a great fun game to play any where, but the characters of people of color are all stereotypes. The only Asian character is a ninja, the middle eastern character is just rich, giving the avatar no other character traits bedside flexing, and the black characters is what made me delete the game, their names are Fresh and frizzy. Fresh carries around a boombox does hip hop and one of his outfits is him as a basketball player, frizzy shakes her hips is always doing dramatic poses and one of her outfits is called Rasta style, why can’t she have every day outfits like the white characters idk ask the people who made the game. As a black girl of color I was extremely disappointed by what I saw. Next time try and give you characters of color personality not stereotypes!

This game is very fun exhilarating. Time does go by quicker while playing but not all of it is perfect. When doing the missions it could get a little confusing since some players don’t know what they have to do or collect at some point such as “score booster”? Not knowing what some of the things are can be frustrating as well as making it harder for people with reading problems or younger students to play to their absolute best. During the missions it is suggested that when asked to collect something, use an image of the specific object to describe what needs to be done.

There are so many apps just like this! When I searched Subway Surfers it came up with so many games like this. I think you should update the game and put in something that other games don’t.

Why game doesn’t give rewards after coming first in tours
Great game...Im concerned though about 1 thing....why compete in the tour to be first wen ther are no rewards ...can u at least put a package..eg the first in diamond gets 20 boards or unlocks a new character for free....at least it motivates...do u know how many minutes or hours it takes to get a score of 5Million and afterwards u get nothing....

I love how the game has new costumes all the time! However sometimes when the timer runs out and you are supposed to get the outfit for free it is usually really late and sometimes it won’t let me get the outfit. Also some occasions it won’t let me buy something I have enough money for and it takes the coins but I do not get anything. Other than that I really love the app!🙂🙃😀😃😄😆

Ad music plays continuously
After the ad is finished playing, the music lingers in the background of the game, can’t turn it off or even down at all. Quite annoying because it’s dramatic music against the theme of a colourful and bright game. Please issue an update that addresses this issue.
Otherwise, absolutely love this game, 100% would recommend. Have been smashing and will continue to do so for....ever

Awesome game one suggestion
If you have been playing for awhile without going out the game, when dying and starting over that you get to start at the speed you were running at before you died. Starting slow again is very frustrating after running so fast. Or maybe have a option to choose a speed to run at. Awesome game super addictive love the new themes between Christmas and Rio very creative.
