Not user friendly

Cant save document on your device . Have to log in each time to access it.
Too expensive for what you get.
No reminder for subscription renewal - so automatically goes off apple account.
App doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription .

This is a wonderful app, my daughter downloaded it, now i’m unable or can't afford the payment. Each day there's money going out because i’m unable to pay. And adding financial strain, please help, i emailed. Seem to get no response on how to unsubscribe.

Sometimes my info dissapears when i close the documents , or its always looking for connection or the app just closes by itself and i have to re-log in
