Absolutely no support.

We have struggled for weeks to get our Apple Developer enrolment processed. We are receiving absolutely no support from Apple regarding this. Logged tickets receive only automated responses, constant requests for escalation have been ignored and phone calls are cut short without resolution. We are deeply frustrated with the utter lack of support and assistance in this process.

Enrollment failure

I always supported Apple. All my staff get the latest macbooks etc. I did not realise how bad things were at Apple until trying to enroll our business to launch its first SAAS service that has a mobile app. The website doesn't work no cvv code for credit card, personal individual enrollment works but if you try the business first you get blocked on the app from ever enrolling again. Support is not helpful at all. If I cant come up with a definitive answer in 48 hours we scrapping this project and no more further support for Apple and its products within our business as of immediate. We will announce to our customers our decision. Over 200k users and 14 billion api requests.

I can not enrol for the developer program?

I asked support, they said I need to enrol on the app, I downloaded the app and the option is greyed out so I can not do so?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment

Poor Apple support, I've been trying to enroll for the program and payment is not going through. I've tried different credit/debit cards. I've reached out to support, but they are not helping.

Can’t complete registration from South Africa

It’s impossible to deal with support and this app. It’s totally rubbish to try and get help or try to register. Support even don’t know their own processes etc. it’s just impossible to get account active to be an apple developer!

Can’t complete Apple Developer Enrolment

We have been struggling for weeks to complete our Developer Enrolment. We have made multiple payments, and have been advised to re-enrol. The latest communication that we received was that we can only complete enrolment via the developer app, but we are unable to as the app does not give us any prompts to complete the registration process after sign-in.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the support desk takes forever to assist.

Love Xode

I love Xcode but one issue. Trying to install 12.1 and i have 39gb space and it wouldnt let me. its only a 11gb download. please fix this so that we dont have to go above 40gb to be able to download in future please i ask with tears in my eyes.

Will not download without Catalina

requiring Catalinato download this app essentially amounts to forcing developers to install Catalina to participate in WWDC2020.

Surely if there is a feature that requires something Catalina-specific, that should be the only feature that should be affected by the fact that I am still on Majove... not the whole app.

There are a lot of developers who are still on Majove because they depend on some essential 32bit utilities that may not have been updated to 64bit (which Catalina requires)
