Very convenient app, scanning option makes ward work go fast. It would be great if on the search options it allows to to filter by dates

Forced to pay for a premium tier and still have to see ads
When I downloaded this app it forced me to get a subscription which costs R50/month in order to keep using the service. This makes it extremely frustrating to still have adds at the bottom of the screen.
The barcode scanner is very difficult to use, you have to hold your phone at just the right angle and distance for it to work.
When you scan a barcode you cannot access the file number without opening the pdf of the result.

This app makes my life as a medical doctor easier. It works well most of the time (unless LabTrak is down).

App works perfectly fine but I don’t get why we still get ads even after paying for the premium subscription 🤷🏽♂️

Shake exception issues
Has rarely been useful for me. Will work for one hour then when I login again to check results it says “ shake exception “ and freezes. Don’t understand what the shake exception, it seems to suggest you should not shake your phone or something wierd.
Much work needed for functionality of this app, the intention of the app is good but needs assistance with functionality

Was once great
Firstly, horrible decision to remove the box in which we could align our stickers for scanning, the new open scan is much less efficient
Ever since NHLS went done - yes it’s not your fault, this app has been almost as slow as trakcare itself
On top of that we now pay for the app, can’t beat capitalism, but why if i am paying for it am i still seeing the irritating advertisements on the bottom, surely the app can be faster without those, they are always there refreshing while i still wait for my results to load.

Works so efficiently and it’s free!Trends results which you can save as pdf / print. It doesn’t allow for discrete barcode capture yet, but that honestly doesn’t take away from the app imho.

Fantastic App
It's so refreshing to see an app in this genre that is free to use. A lot of us want the best for our state patients but the high subscription rates on other apps is a problem. The functionality is excellent. Kudos!!!
