The app is good as it helps me track my spending but when it comes to spinning the wheel you never win as it keeps saying oops which I do not understand I done the wheel several times but I didn’t even win once. That’s what I hate about it rather remove that wheel and let us use the basic app.

Shocking experience where I’d been using my card for 2 odd years to rack up value and when I finally want to use it I can’t because of the petrol attendant that originally signed me up made a mistake. Rewards game a scam

Your Wednesday rewards game is simply a waste of time and you might as well have omitted it. I have played probably more than 10 games and the result had always been the same “Oops”. Based on the wheel there is a 2/12 chance of landing on “Oops”, and a 1/12 chance specifically for the one I always land on. Yet I have landed on it at least 10/10 times. Rather take it away than make fools out of us.
