I love solving the puzzle, but I want it to be relaxing not stressful, perhaps add a setting where you can chose wether you want a time limit or not

Advert revenue is more important than user experience

If you lose internet connection mid-game, a pop-up will tell you that you have lost internet connection. And your timer will continue to count down until you lose the game or connect to the internet again.

This can’t have been missed in testing. And this really shows where the priority is.

Too Easy

When I first started playing this game I think it was still being developed so there wasn’t a lot of boosts. Now there are far too many like added time, deleted blocks before you even start a level, making the levels less challenging and the game boring. Being on level 482, cruising through the levels should not be that easy. Bring back some level of difficulty. The lives don’t even end no more, you just get infinite lives over and over. Not fun.

Can’t get a refund

I enjoy the game but no happy right now. I bought coins, didn’t get them. Went to apply for a refund and was told that I don’t have a purchase that qualifies for a refund. I want my coins or money back. Otherwise this is just called theft.

Not worth it after 1000 levels

I REALLY like this game. So much that I’ve paid to have ads permanently removed. But after playing this game for several months and reaching level 1000 or so it simply becomes impossible to win levels without using boosters. I could have accepted this up to a point - i.e., if after an impossible level, there was 20 levels or so that was possible to beat using no boosters and spending no real money, but no such luck. At most you get 2 or 3 normal levels (i.e. levels that may be challenging but not impossible), so that there is no chance of building up boosters without spending real money.

So if you decide to download this game but can’t afford to spend 1000s of real money, enjoy the first 1000 levels and then delete the game. Don’t make the mistake I made of keeping on throwing money at it hoping that it will get realistic again soon because it’s not going to happen. The developers are too money grabbing. The same goes for their other game “Gecko Out”, although the misery there start a lot sooner and a lot more levels are impossible. If you like Color Block Jam, rather get Wood Away by Ikame, the same game but I never had to spend any real money after removing the ads. I keep hoping that they will develop an alternative for Gecko Away, but so far no luck.

Actually difficult puzzles

The levels are really challenging. There have been many when I thought it was impossible, but always found a way in the end. There are power-up items to make levels easier but I’m pretty sure all the levels are possible without them. All the other game features like timed levels, lives, power-ups, coins and even a “battle pass” type reward system takes away from what could be a great simple puzzle game.

Freezes

Since the update, the game freezes! I purchased new lives and had to end it because I couldn’t move the blocks! I could pause the game but couldn’t move a single block but the continued to countdown! This is no more fun. I played this game when I was stressed out but this stresses me more!
