Deteriorating performance
When I started using it, it was excellent. Over the last two months, I have noticed its deteriorating performance in transcription and summary. It misspelt words, eg slides as sides, appeal as appear. I have cancelled my annual subscription. I hope you can improve.

I signed up for a three day trial and after seeing the app doesn’t work great cancelled before it would be renewed. Still the R 199 was deducted from my bank. Who has R 199 to pay for just a week’s use of an app. Just be careful everyone.
