The MY.WINTERHALTER app puts all the information you need about your commercial dishwasher at your fingertips. No matter where or when. This increases operational reliability and improves dishwashing efficiency.
Winterhalter specialises in commercial dishwashing technology for restaurants, chain restaurants, hotels, catering, bakeries, and butchers.
The app collects and evaluates all relevant dishwasher data, processing it to provide specific information and recommendations.
The app helps you increase operational reliability, optimise your washing process, and fulfil your documentation obligations.
CONNECTED WASH intelligently networks Winterhalter dishwashers and is divided into three areas: safety, optimisation and analysis.
In the 'Safety' section, all machine messages are recorded and evaluated, and then issued as notices and recommendations for action.
For example, you will be notified when the washing-up liquid is empty, and you can order more conveniently and directly via the app.
To help you achieve perfect washing results and ensure your dishwasher operates economically, the 'Optimisation' section highlights areas that can be improved by the user.
You will receive a recommendation if, for example, the self-cleaning programme was not carried out at the end of the day or if there is an unnecessarily long period between switching on the machine and starting the first wash cycle, thus causing avoidable heating costs.
In the 'Analysis' section, you will find a wide range of information.
