Energy FocusLog tracks your cognitive energy throughout the day so you can finally see when your mind is actually at its best.
The idea is simple. A few times a day, you rate your focus on a scale of 1 to 5. That's it. After a week, the app shows you a personal heatmap of your concentration — which hours are consistently sharp, which are reliably slow, and what patterns repeat week after week.
Once you see your map, everything changes. You stop fighting your own biology. You schedule deep work during your real peaks. You stop blaming yourself for the 2pm slump — and start planning around it instead.
Energy FocusLog also tracks context. What were you doing when focus was high? Caffeinated or tired? After a workout or a long meeting? Over time, the app surfaces correlations — the specific conditions that consistently precede your best work.
With enough data, you get a personalized schedule suggestion: which hours belong to deep work, which to meetings, which to admin. You can export it directly to your calendar.
