Please please don’t use this app they make you subscribe an you can only make 3 invoices per month you and to pay another premium to be able to make 10 invoices then another premium on top of that to make more that 10 invoices a month pathetic

RIPP OFF BEWARE !!
Once they have you they increase the subscription massively , the last increase over 100 %.
Now their latest move is to reduce the amount of invoices you can invoice to 10 per month absolute monopolistic crooks. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

How does one expect to invoice clients on a any other plan other than premium no more than ten times? What business needs to use an invoice app but has ten invoices a month! It’s ridiculous that you changed your plans and the new plans are an absolute ripoff.

It was good until price increases
I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and now the price increase seems very ridiculous. How can you make us pay such a lot of money for only 3 invoices and have to subscribe for over R4k for unlimited invoices.

YOU CAN ONLY INVOICE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF INVOICES PER MONTH
I’ve been using invoice simple for well over a year now , it’s an amazing app! My review would have been a 5* but after only doing 4 or so invoices this month, it won’t allow me to do so unless i upgrade to a higher plan ( I’m already subscribed on another plan ) it was disappointing, invoice is literally in the name of the app , having a subscription but being limited to no more than 5 invoices is a deal breaker for me , I have cancelled my subscription and will be moving back to invoice home .

Essential plan is a rip off
I didn’t read the fine print - as I never do. BUT you can only send 3 invoices a month on this plan. What it the point??? Will rather pay and use canva - it may take a few more minutes but at least it way more affordable for a small start up business

Been using this app for about three or four years, and It’s perfect for on the spot invoicing! The one thing lacking is an archive folder so you can sort paid invoices into an archive folder. Other than that it’s the best app purchase I’ve ever made. Highly recommend!

Nice but could improve
Firstly, the app is very easy to use. It has good features and is user friendly.
I have submitted a few suggestions for them to look at from a business point of view, but they haven’t changed anything yet and I am sure I am not the only one with these issues.
1.) Unable to reorder item entries.
Once you entered your item line, you cannot move them around. Let’s say you missed an item, then you have to delete all the lines to get to the entry where you need to add something.
2.) PO entry available on App but bot on Desktop version.
3.) It would be awesome if you could do your delivery notes and purchase orders on the app too.
4.) Sending a PDF from the App is horrible.
I have to whatsapp the invoice to myself, then click on the link, then open the link and click on invoice and then ask for a Pdf. Most of my customers just want a Pdf without having to click on the link. It is a bit annoying.
In general not a bad app, but needs a bit of fine tuning to improve.

Good app.
The app is really good and works very well. It does have an issue where items on the item list are duplicated, for some unknown reason. This needs to be sorted out.
A function, where only an administrator can edit, add or delete items in the item list, needs to be built i to the app.
At the moment, the list needs to be monitored and cleaned up continuously.
Otherwise, it is well worth it, it works as it should, support is good and immediate and most importantly, it is very reasonably priced.
