Flawed Database

This program is a great idea but execution is flawed. constant back office and cloud sync issues and endless Sureswipe anomalies. Very sensitive to networked printer issues and internet server / client issues are the order of the day. Uninstall and reinstall is an issue occasionally. Never had such a pos system with critical issues as this, needs to be built again from the ground up - from a dissatisfied user of the app

Gets the basics right and the extras are very insightful

Been using humble till since we started our business in 2014 and now we run it in all 3 stores with no complaints and seamless integration. Easy to use and insightful reports makes this my favorite till app by far.
