Description
HID Mobile Access® merges security with convenience by enabling a smartphone or other mobile device to securely open a door or gate.
If you would like to start using HID Mobile Access® in your organization please visit http://www.hidglobal.com/services/mobile-access to learn more about the service and compatible readers. The App will only be useful to you once your organization has been setup with compatible readers and your security administrator can issue Mobile IDs.
To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the app is not open. Location Services is used exclusively for this purpose.

# Bug fix for missing Artwork: When performing a pull-down refresh or updating any changes in the portal, the artwork in the Mobile ID is removed.
# Improved the cache mechanism to handle no-internet scenarios.
# Maintaining the order of SEOS Credentials: The Mobile IDs will now be displayed in the application based on the issuance order.

Have to open app for it to work
I have all permissions enabled as “Always” but still have to open the app in order for it to work.
Simply tapping the device triggers Apple Pay instead of access.

Why do I have to open the app first before it can communicate with the reader? Previously I didn’t have to. My location services are always on
