Email Filters
If we could filter mails on the app per agent/group it will be even better!

Hints don't go away
This version brings up the hints all the time on each ticket and don't remove themselves from the app after explaining. Very irritating.

App identifies newer domains as invalid e.g in my case it does not take name@company.solutions as a valid email address
