[画面操作説明]
・ツールバーの進む・戻るボタンで5分毎の時間調整
・スライダーで過去の任意時間の情報を表示
(降水ナウキャストは予報も表示可能)
・再生ボタンで1時間前からのアニメ表示
(過去の情報表示時にはその時間からアニメ表示)
・マップ画面長押しで地図レイヤーの切り替え表示
