Hey there, Zuckerberg and co. Only issue I have with this app, is can’t login whatsoever. It shows my profile to login via my link and pic, but shows an error each time.
I did submit screenshots and the error codes for you guys to work on, and I see it’s updated already. Nice.
Will try and see if I can login later, if so, I’ll make sure to 5 star. Good luck guys. Squash those bugs gone lol

Meta are useless
This app is truly pathetic. With active campaigns running, sometimes you just cannot see the campaigns, and you miss out on vital on the go monitoring. Meta continually strive in being the most useless when it comes to development, proving their dev department as well as leaders are utterly incompetent at their jobs.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW AS A CRY OUT FOR SUPPORT. MY BUSINESS PAGE WAS RESTRICTED DUE TO A CLAIM OF IMPERSONATION -WHICH IS CRAZY BECAUSE I LITERALLY STARTED THE BUSINESS MYSELF AND USED SHOPIFY TO START THE PAGE- SINCE I WAS RESTRICTED I STOPPED MY ADDS FROM RUNNING WHEN I STILL HAD ACCESS AND THERE AFTER I WAS SIGNED OUT AUTOMATICALLY FROM ALL ACCOUNT RELATED TO MY BUSINESS WITH META. I WOULD NORMALLY RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR ALL CHARGES AD RELATED AND WOULD NORMALLY RECEIVE THEM BETWEEN TWO AND THREE TIMES A DAY HOWEVER AFTER THE RESTRICTION NO INVOICES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND ONTOP OF THAT I HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT 18 TRANSACTIONS IN SMALL INCREMENTS LIKE 2$ CHARGES MULTIPLE TIMES AN HOUR WITHOUT ANY INVOICE!! This review is not based on the app. It is based on the bad service received from FB after my account has been hacked. Adds have been placed in my account. After chatting to a Meta agent I was told that no more adds are active on my account or scheduled to run, however there are still adds running on my account. I am also being billed for these adds which I brought under the agents attention, however I have not received any feedback. Unacceptable!!!

Hackers! Don't download.
Through this app is how my Facebook account got hacked, and banned from advertising for 28 days amongst other things (which is perfect for a Marketer), while still not being able to access my Facebook Pages to manage them. Not sure with all these bad reviews whats going on with this App and if its even a Facebook Product because this is terrible. Also, with the daily notifications of you receiving $1000/$600/$500 etc free advertising money constantly lets me think this is a scam more than anything. If I could give this a zero I would. Please don't download!

Facebook now shutting down advertising for after false personal profile bans
I shared a Wall Street journal article to my Instagram feed and Instagram took it down, but Facebook banned me for 24 hours on my personal profile. Clear mistake on their part.
Issue is - they’ve now banned me as an advertiser for 25 days- meaning I cannot work as a digital marketer.
It’s not only extremely poor management of their policies and review process, but they’re attacking my ability to earn a living

In the early days of fb ads I was pleasantly surprised at how effective they were. But as time goes by and all the metrics and politics and updates get bolted to the system, it just seems to be less and less useful. A few months ago I spent R2000 on an ad but the code for the “book now” button was sending my potential clients to an error page. What a big waste for a small business. I was very badly hurt by that.
As a result I want these ads to have an ‘call to action’ that simply sends msgs to my WhatsApp. Sending people to fb messenger is horrible. So many random folks end up pressing the ‘call to action’ button, which I pay for, but they don’t mean to press it and end up being aggressive towards me for messaging them. And others seem to press the button and start conversations (which I pay for and you record as a successful conversation) just for thrills. Not cool.
My biggest issue is that much or the code in my business page seems to be incorrect. Metrics show that I have ratings on dates I actually never received ratings, and then when clients show me their rating, those ratings aren’t being transferred to my insights. Something is very wrong with fb. It’s been months, I have messaged these concerns many times, but very little has been fixed.

Lacks functionality, lacks accuracy. Have to consistently switch between apps and Facebook to get info. Doesn’t allow ads propers. If Facebook only knew they could make more money if they made the app better.
As a customer I want convenience and ease of proper metrics and ease of placing ads.

There’s an Instagram aspect to this application and it falls horribly short on it’s functionality. To only manage but not start an Instagram ad is where this application now gets downgraded to 2 stars from a potential 5.
