The app supports all the Smart TVs since 2015 including the latest N Series (2018).

Why no keypad? The only reason for wanting to control the TV from my phone is to type in passwords for apps quicker.

Whenever I try to use this remote, it says not connected. And it gives no instructions on how to connect it.
